ALBI: The First Great AI Computer by Valkling-Friend of All Things

[raw]
made by Valkling-Friend of All Things for LD36 (COMPO)
(This is my first time entering the dare and I'm excited about it.)

"ALBI: The First Great AI Computer" is an html/javascript game with original ascii art and word puzzles. The game is not 100% complete by the dare deadline but will be expanded upon after the competition ends. However, There is an ending and it is accessible if you can find it. The art and flavor is pretty well there too.

(update: Thanks for feedback. I cleaned the game up a bit. keeping with the spirit of the Ludum Dare, I did not add new features or anything:
-fixed the Chrome text issue
-made the whole screen black and green to make it easier on the eyes.
- Added a mute button for sound
- Took the ending text out of an alert box to remove an unnecessary popup.
- The Clicky spots are much larger now )

Please provide feedback if you can. Positive or critical is welcome.

Good game, but the beep sound gets annoying.

Nice story. The computer screen is to dark compared to the room. The ascii art could have been more accurate but I like this naive way.
Great Job !

Luckily that didn't happen second time, so here are some comments.

First of all, i should mention i didn't like how you published the game - i had to take iframe apart to play without annoying host interface. Then the sound was indeed annoying so i turned it off. And then the screen had bad contrast, but i didn't bother to change that. Also clicking on stuff seemed a bit buggy.

And now for more interesting stuff.

The idea is fun, wish there would be more story and puzzles. "TEH GREAT PUZZLE" could be solved by cheating (that is, even without decoding full message you can learn the answer with a good certainty), but i decided not to try the correct answer before proving it.

I generally like ASCII art, so enjoyed it here as well. Though that trash on the floor does look a bit confusing.

Guess that's all. Good job, would be nice if it would be more polished and complete.
