Controls issues aside, I like the idea of moving around bumping into stuff to collect it, I just wish there was more stuff! Be it the components for insulin that you're trying to collect, or things that hurt you or are neutral, I wish it traveled through the bounds of the playable area instead of just in smaller streams.
