Duck Spawner by LDJam user 386211
You are the summoner of ducks. Spawn all the ducks you can and they will follow you anywhere. That's it!
Note: sound starts automatically, I suggest lowering your volume just in case.
Post-submission note: Managed to add a web build now :3

I also struggled to get a godot html build working.
I got a high score of 220.
And the game runs on Linux through Wine, so that's extra points!
Also, just trying to help you, I can create a Godot web build, but the LD version wouldn't work because of missing HTTP Headers. LD's embedding guide is also outdated. Perhaps that's the reason it's not working? My solution for that is uploading it to another place (in my case, I have my own server for that) or you could upload it to itch.io (make sure to check "SharedArrayBuffer support")
The Duck Navy
Cute art! Music is kinda ehhhh. Gameplay is obviously built to summon ducks - which it does flawlessly - so I can't really dock points for that. There might be potential in a duck themed clicker game. Thank you for your game!
@ooboob I managed to add a web build now, if you wanna look :)
@phobos001 yes, unfortunately I didn't quite get my ducks in a row in advance regarding music software :/ but now I know for next time
@altaf-creator it turned out I was missing some files when I uploaded the first time, now it's fixed, thanks for the tips <3
I didn't know it, but summoning ducks is really addictive!

Pretty cute concept and well executed, nice job :)
Is indeed a duck spawner. Super cute, starts to break down at around 500

Perfection is achieved when there is nothing to remove, and I feel that entry exemplifies that - great job!
On a side note, the "click to summon + mouse to follow" is kinda similar to my game  Check it out if you like!
it'd be funny if there was one goose in the middle of all those ducks...
i wish petting the ducks was a feature too, but good job on the compo! It turned out really nicely even though you pivoted ideas mid-jam :)
I got new wall paper
Spawned so many ducks that it started lagging, would do again!

Since we're talking about summoning, here are 666 ducks :D My laptop started to suffer at 600 hundred ducks, there was the bunnymark, now there's the duckmark !

All jokes aside, the duck sprite is so cute and it is so satisfying to have a whole screen full of ducks. It would be cool if the ducks could actually do something like mow the lawn or something like that when they step on it. Or even something that you have to navigate them through some maze with hazards. But instead this is just a game of spawning ducks and that's great! This is a great example of something with a small scope but still with an awesome result, good job!
Loved the cute duck designs and chiptune like music.
I can relate to things not going as planned in game jams.
Had my last jam entry get completely corrupted by my pc before submission so I had nothing to show for it :/
The fact that you decided to not give up and still release something is awesome (Even if it wasn't your original plan).
Good work!
Ducks :white_check_mark:
667 ducks for me, my pc wont survive beyond this ritual !

I like when amount raised up, they just turn left or right all together wherever my mouse goes to, cool!
Don't look at them, it makes them uncomfortable.
Do you know why people get scared when they're alone? I know why, I know.
\- I'm the master of the D.U.C.K! Remember this \*\*\* face! Whenever you see ducks, you'll see this \*\*\* face!

"Boop bip beep boop boop bip beep boop boop bop bip beep boop beep BOOP"
Me, seeing the button:
*click click click click click*
So. Many. Ducks.
Great job! Love to see other Godot games! I managed to get my html export working on LDJam (was using Godot 3.5.2 stable) and followed the guide from LDJam where it said to search for the "in navigator" and replace that whole thing with "false" in (I think) it was 3 places in your index.js file. But it seems like you got it working, so that's awesome!

@fatal-exit completely understand! I messed up in the DAW and was running low on minutes so I ended up cutting the track in Audacity and it came out so bad 🐸
@popertots absolute legend, what more can I say? @callmety too, coming in second so far <3
@crylica I actually was thinking a secret goose in there as well, maybe it has a knife, because you know, geese are the type to do that
I'll do my very best to go through everyone's games in the next few days! It's been so swamped, but I very much want to see all your games ❤️
