Please read the backstory I did not have time to make you read in game

Things are starting to get weird on the last three floors to deliver the final brick needed to complete the Tower of Babel. You can't make any sense of the corridors you've walked your whole adult life, and everyone seems to be trying to delay your journey.

Cart in tow, push your way through the confounding labyrinth and ceaseless tasks to deliver your city to glory!

Controls

Keyboard: WASD or Arrow Keys

Mouse: Click & Scroll (change inventory)

Gamepad: D-Pad

Stuck?

If you don't seem to be making any headway on a job, try changing your tool! ;)

Also, don't be afraid to restart and grind more if any tools are under-leveled later in the game. The game is intentionally pretty short and I had about 20 minutes to balance this wild thing.!

The graphics are really cool. Like the cardboard 2-tone look and the feeling of moving through a hand drawn maze. The gameplay is pretty inventive, I was impressed with the kind of puzzle-maze mechanic and how uncovering the route is done.

I enjoyed the humor! Finding a spare brick in the way near the top of the tower was pretty amusing, and I loved how goofy the plot is. Also, I seriously appreciate being able to hover over the bonuses / curses on the left of the screen to read what they do a second time. I ended up getting softlocked when my chisel hit level 10; it jsut stopped swinging and progress came to a halt. Also, god dang, I almost checked every tile on the third floor with no luck finding the foreman, ha!

I gave it second try but ran into a different softlock while trying to go around a corner. I turned, but didn't scoot forwards. I think it had something to do with me switching tools before turning? The dude made me hammer decorations a second time after I switched tools but before I turned, but I don't think that happened on the turn where I softlcoked, so I don't know what to do to reproduce it.

Anyway, I liked the art and the dungeon crawling was good fun. Nice work!

Oh this is very good! I like this a lot! I am very much into dungeon crawlers, and this idea of an ever-changing layout is very clever.

My only major complaint is that the obstacles are kind of just time wasters, would have been nice to see a minigame or something in place of a loading bar.
