I love this game so much. Such a unique (PS1-esque) graphics style with very fluid mechanics and a bunch of easter eggs I can appreciate. Amazing work, best of luck!

The in-character sales pitch you've written here intrigued me and it seems like a decent puzzle game. Unfortunately I was not smart enough to figure out how to progress through the second level.

Love the design and the sticky note humor! Kinda reminds me of Portal. I finished the first two levels, but man! Add checkpoints or something. It gets really tedious completing the part that you've done 20 times already just because you got stuck a cone. You also should add a level select, cause I had to close the game and lost all my progress (halfway through lvl 3).

However, it might be later in the story than I played, but I couldn't find the relation to the theme.

@bugbyte14 thank you!

@bit-flipz thanks for playing, indeed, the difficulty is quite high in the second level.

@nenechico I'm sorry for that, but happy that you had fun.

@augustcoder thank you for the feedback, we will improve difficulty in the post-jam version of the game. Talking about the theme, there is an event which happens every 10 seconds.;)

Wow! That was a lot of content. This was super fun. I did get frustrated in level two. I died a couple times in the room with the floating platforms. The puzzles were satisfying enough though that I endured and eventually beat it. Overall, great game. I had a blast.

the idea is good and the puzzles will be very trickey. but the given theme of 10 Seconds I unfortunately do not see. Theme missed. Graphics are simple but ok. 3D in the short time is elaborate. there should not expect more.

Pretty fun to play :) I like goose. I do not see the 10 seconds event too. But great job anyway

Great game! The graphics and audio are amazing, and I loved the Portal vibe. The entire game was surreal in a funny way. However, the lack of checkpoints really hurt it for me. It took me way too long to realize when to dash for maximum distance or the lever trick in level 2. I didn't beat level 3 because having to redo the green maze every time I died was too much for me :( Other than that, excellent entry!

A staggering amount of content in this game!

I like the graphics, the audio and the style in general. The levels are also pretty challenging and give out a Portal vibe. Nice description, reminds me a bit of Control.

I agree with the other commenters, you really need to add checkpoints here. Replaying the whole level every time you mess up is really frustrating. I gave up on the 2nd level after I failed 3 times.

I would like to have another go, but man, I really don't want to play through everything a million times again. If you ever release another version with checkpoints, will you please ping me?

Great job overall, pity about the checkpoints.

Better than a 72 hour "Portal clone" (ok, maybe that was a bit harsh, what can you expect from white rooms with buttons) has any right to be. Very well done. The level design is impeccable, though level 2 could probably use a checkpoint before the jumping section.

I played this one on stream last night! unfortunately the VOD got muted, so no link :(

that was a fun game! I made it to the level with all the lasers, and the game got a little too crazy for me at that point. I like the design of the earlier levels a lot though!

I'm amazed at the depth and quality of content in this game. The level design is just out of this world and as much as I got frustrated getting got by the c o n e s, I really wanted to finish it. The controls are tight, the graphics are working super well and I appreciated all the little easter eggs and references. Great job overall, one of the more polished, fun and complete entries I've seen so far!

How is there so much to this game?!

Love the graphical style and the smooth platforming.

Wish there were checkpoints, died quite far through level 3 and didn't want to replay it.

That was ducking fun! I especially liked the somehow very logical and complex (not complicated!) architecture! The game feels very balanced between vertical and horizontal design because of it!

Tenuous connection to the theme! The second level felt a bit Portal-y (as did the overall vibe and the sticky notes), the third one felt a bit too chaotic. Great music, nice puzzles.

Good amount of content! Got pretty frustrating at level 3 to restart the entire level, and my muscle memory of shift being "run" made me dash to my doom quite a few times XD
I really liked the graphical style, it worked well!
Overall solid entry!

I like the art style but it made judging depth when trying to hit a platform more difficult. I had to go to the comments to see how the game connects to the theme and I'm still not sure I see it :P

Overall, pretty nice game, well done guys.

SoundDesign - 10/10. Absolutely great techno!
Love the game design, good work. The goose on the menu is gorgeous. Also love the Easter Eggs to "Portal" games.

Was a fun experience. I think the controls are a bit too floaty imo. There were also a bunch of rough colliders and things that I feel could be better. I like the jump and dash situation and the platforming and whatnot was nicely done.

from the first sight at the game you understand that this was made by really good level designers – you are awesome guys! some moments were tough (stuck at level 3 but figured it out), but it's fine overall. very fun and dynamic gameplay, pleasant graphics. was shocked how huge game was, great job!

It was pretty fun once I got past the first level! The art is nice and the little signs are funny!

The one thing I'd change is to shorten the iteration time between failing at an obstacle and being able to try that obstacle again.

There was some weird vsync issue where if I move my camera I can see that the top half of my screen refreshes before the bottom half. Also the text on postits at the start was really hard to read from a distance.

I liked the music and the visual effect when dashing, it made me feel fast and cool. Bouncing off of the spring platforms was also quite satisfying.

Restarting the entire level instead of having checkpoints after each challenge was annoying. I solved most of the puzzles in the "big" level (abut 80% through the game based on icxon's video), but then I got kind of stunlocked on some cones after failing a dash and bounced from cone to cone and died, and I dont want to do have to do it all gain from the start.

Great game, nice puzzle levels. Maybe too much of precise platforming to my taste at some places. I played it until I got to room with big gamepad, then gave up when I died there. Restarting the level was too much at that point. Checkpoints would have done much to save my nerves in long levels.

I loved the techno track you had playing all the time and the humor was good. This game felt complete and polished altogether. I didn't find the anything to the theme though, maybe I should have completed the game to get it.

Well this one takes me back... The movement, the feeling... only thing that is missing is the grunting sound when jumping and the game would complete my Quake/UT1999 nostalgia trip. Oh wait, this isn't FPS from last century, it's a puzzle game, now this is interesing...

So, as already stated, movement, chef's kiss! Music top notch, visually solid, although I experienced lots of screen tearing for some reason :(. The puzzles were sometimes on the edge of "what did author had in mind" for me and this coupled with the BRUTAL restarts was really pushing me towards quitting couple of times. It's always sad to see a well designed game being dragged down by one lacking feature, but I have to agree with a lot of comments, checkpoints would make this much better, atleast as a jam game, I don't have anything against the difficulty if it was a full game with the checkpointlessness as part of core experience.

I was glad to solve the puzzles and had a good laugh at some points. It's also always nice to see a 3D game in a jam :)

Btw., just curious, the pixelization is a shader right? The assets aren't pixelated themselves?

Honk!

Love these type of first person speed running games, and your ascetic is Fantastic!

I know this is a part of LD, but I think level 2 and 3 were a bit long, restarting them when i died felt really bad, maybe cutting them up a bit or adding checkpoints could make it feel better.

also by level three it felt like you should have a bit more movement tech then jump and dash, idk.

Ahhh... the G team strikes again!

Pros:

- Old Console aestethics hit hard there, in a good way
- Of course, really portal-esque level design
- The movement is pretty cool!
- Lots and lots of puzzles ideas
- And also lots of Easter Eggs
- Music and sfx are very pleasant to the ear
- The Difficulty is brutal

Cons:

- Speaking of difficulty, any sort of checkpoint would be a godsent
- When it comes to movement, I've managet to 'trip-over' the edge of the platform sometimes. Any coyote-time introduced there or a little bit of help towards the player would be a great addition

Now, this is not a con, but I feel for people that did not play puzzle games like me and may have not understood the idea behind the 'find the clue yourself' type of puzzles you guys put in game. Level 2 was rather easy to grasp around but on every step I had a feeling that 'smart-ass' me would have struggled there for a loong time haha.

I love the entries from you guys in every LD. Keeps me entertained. Great job!

Really impressive stuff for a jam. Gameplay is nice overall but I found the movement way too slippery, and sometimes it felt unnecessarily hard to make some really basic jumps. The soundtrack though is probably my favorite from this Ludum Dare so far!
