Shutter Chaos by ColeSlaughter

In Shutter Chaos you are F. Daniel a world renowned school yearbook photographer. As a 20 year veteran, you know all the tricks of the trade and nothing can get in your way except for some students who just aren't posing properly. Use your vast experience to remedy the situation by helping the students into their parents preferred poses. Unfortunately, someone borrowed your camera and was probably using it wrong because the timer is stuck in the 10 second position and you can't stop if from taking the pictures. Work quickly to maneuver the subjects perfectly into frame so that you don't waste any of your precious film.

Edit:
Unique idea, gameplay, and artwork as usual! I couldn't nail the sassy pose to save my life but had a blast dabbin'. The end screen was a nice touch!
For some reason, on my first playthrough, the shutter wouldn't start. I restarted the game and the 10 second timer kicked in.

And I like the creativness of it.
Well Done!
The ending screen was a nice touch. I also liked the humor and the graphics.
I had a lot of trouble getting the people in the desired pose, dragging the limbs was really difficult. But I suppose that's the way it should be
Great work!
Game was super fun to play around with. I think the janky controls (which honestly seems like a nightmare to code) + the constant wiggling bodies were totally necessary to make it interesting. A perfect doll with joints would've been trivial and a totally different game.
Presentation is so good. Nostalgic backgrounds (the laser BG cost extra at our school!). I was praying there would be a yearbook section at the end and you delivered on that.
Best custom pose I could pull off. The face of someone crossing the street at the wrong time:

Very cool game. I'm curious how difficult the implementation was! The 3D art looks surprising cool for a jam game.
Maybe it's something on my end, but it felt a bit clunky to move the puppets around, which was kind of frustrating, ngl. At the same time, I can totally see coding those puppets must've been even worse :'D
But all in all I loved it still, the art and especially the ending screen with the quotes of the students provoked not only a few chuckles :D
One thing I'd suggest whenever picking things randomly is to implement some rules such as "each choice has to be picked once before anything can repeat". I think I got 5 or 6 dab poses in a row before anything else. Still had fun, just a small thing to keep in mind for certain types of games.
Also – and I hate to do this – but I would really appreciate if you could rate my game (https://ldj.am/$303168
). We currently also have less than 20 ratings so any help would be awesome! :)
The randomization was a fantastic choice -- I never got to tune in, so I don't know if this was particularly challenging. I could have done with a bit more variety of poses, but I started freestyling by the end of it. Some of my favorites!

Loved the art and attention to detail as always, especially the opportunity to review all my photos at the end! Great work dudes!
(Edit: no camera timer indicator??)
I like it! :D
it might be my computer, but it took me a while to move the limbs
I played it many times just wanted to get a perfect dab

It would have been nice to see if the timer was almost up. I would go to make a tweak last second thinking I had time and a picture would snap.
I don't know why but this ended up being my favorite.
