COOL!The game makes me laugh. If the botton which can provide more empty box is bigger, that will be greater!

I don't even know where to begin with this gem of a game.
Maybe the absurd amount of polish? Maybe the well implemented mechanics? Maybe the simple yet stunning visuals?

Ten Secs to Pack took me by surprise for sure, but boy am I glad I ran into it while rummaging online. At first glance I saw it as just another indie platformer, but after giving it an hour of playtime I can tell you for sure that this is one of those games that you could play for a long time while being completely immersed.

Let me walk you through my thoughts when I first booted the game up. First thing's first, as I mentioned earlier, the polish. Right off the bat, the menus impressed me. Which isn't exactly something I usually pay attention to, but my gosh the menus are nice. The little animations, the minimalistic style which reinforced the whole game's theme. Can you tell I like the game yet? I mean, I did just make a paragraph about the menus.

Moving onto the mechanics, with the certain interesting elements handpicked for this game, tactile and smooth controls, and the polish already apparent; this game is darn fun. Jump snakes, chaging gravity, moving boxes on mouse, a great feeling of momentum for the sphere you play as. All good stuff.

Very cute physics game. Great mood and love the writing on the manual. Took me a bit to figure out the controls, but when they clicked it was fun!

Loved the items! Didn't manage to get them all though - at one point the belt just stopped giving me anything to pack. And I'm pretty sure I broke the 10sec rule a couple of times, but the game didn't punish me :D
Great entry!

This game brought me great joy. At some point I just stopped packing so I could play with all the stuff that filled the room. Awesome work!

This is a really fun game, I went for so long it stopped working though! The first few times I tried it I created a mess, I deserved to get fired, but then the third time I was really invested and it was really nice to collect these things and read about them in the manual. I'm sure if it hadn't stopped giving me things to pack I'd still be playing.

Sometimes clicking on the box under the table to get a new one wouldn't work, and what I mentioned earlier that it just stopped giving out objects to pack after a while. Also at one time, when the conveyor took the packed boxes away it also moved the box I had set up on the table, this only happened once though so I'm not sure what I did to trigger it, it doesn't seem like a consistent error.

Overall though, super fun game, I could play for a long, long time trying to get all the entries and see all the objects, and it's just really satisfying to pack the boxes and stack them neatly.

Fun game! I really liked the articulating skeleton and the phone/text pair; would have loved to seem more like that! I had to restart the first time I played because I accidentally threw the box across the room, and could not get it sit upright again, good thing the conveyer doesn't care.

For macOS users, the binary is not marked executable (common Unity bug) here's how to fix it if you haven't seen it before:
`chmod +x /Users/$USER/Downloads/10\ Seconds\ to\ Pack.app/Contents/MacOS/10SECSTOPACK`
And right click open twice, accepting the prompts.

It was waaaay more fun that I unticipated :D I think I did everything, I just kept packing and dancing to the groovy beats at the same time, and the game kept throwing new stuff at me that made me laugh. The three-eyed (Schrödinger's?) cat escaped the closed box and hid up in the pipes, and I tried to catch it with an opened box, but it wouldn't go in, argh! :D

Overall, I loved the creativity with the items and their behavior, there's a potential here to create a huge variety that will keep the player on their toes for hours.

Oh, and a separate appreciation for making the book actually animate when opening/closing!

well done, but I miss a feedback, a Higscore or points or the like. The graphics are great. The music too, but it gets a bit annoying after a while, because it's always the same short sequence of sounds. Well done

Fun game, lots of potential for humour with the gravity mechanic, I loved how I'm supposed to fit the arm in the box, stacking the boxes properly is very satisfying. Could keep playing for hours just finding all the new items, very polished, well done!

Great concept, would have been better if we had a score or a difficulty growing up with time.
Ps : nice idea you had to put the cat on the top of the screen
Ps2 : might be a bug but you can pack objects in already closed box

Simple, but well done. Once I've got the idea, it was pretty fast, and I had no problems to keep it up. An improvement could be to add difficulty by needing to combine items/put them in the boxes in the right order or have different shaped boxes. Great entry :)

Cute game! I really love the graphics and the creativity behind all the strange objects. It would be nice if the game could get more challenging through spawning more items to pack every ten seconds, or making the mechanics to pack the certain item more difficult (Kind of like how the sheep and goat required a very specific orientation in order to fit)

Nice entry! The mechanic is solid and innovative and the same time. The interactions of various stuff make this game different from simple physic games. It also encourages strategic play style, such as placeing the box in different directions in advance.

As its beening mentioned, the gameplay is immersive and relaxing. I have been playing this game for quite a while and I didn't feel tired. Well done!

Hi guys, the satanic scroll is really tricky to pack and I wish more items like this to be in the game! Like the humor as well and a nice neutral music on background. Very cool entry, keep rock!

Very cool game! I'm always a fan of physics-based gameplay so I really enjoyed this. The gameplay felt very polished; I easily figured out how to play, and I never struggled with the interface. There were so many unique and interesting items to pack, many of which made me feel tingly and uncomfortable (in a good way!). When I broke that severed arm in half, I screamed "oh my god!" out loud :O

The art was all gorgeous. I'm particularly fond of the three-eyed teleporting black cat.

Despite how fun the moment-to-moment gameplay is, I felt lost with the lack of overall progression. I was just doing the same thing over and over again forever with no noticeable changes. I wish there was a counter of how many boxes I'd packed that day, and some kind of ending to the game if I pack enough boxes and my shift ends.

The gameplay screen is very immersive and diegetic except for two things: the ten second timer doesn't actually work, and the boxes appear out of thin air. IMO, a functional timer and a little chute for new boxes to fall out of would have taken the gameplay to the next level of polish.

While I was playing the game, I felt very tense, and I was constantly trying to go as fast as possible. I played this way for one reason: the employee handbook at the beginning of the game told me there would be severe consequences if I fell behind on my work, and implied that I had an overbearing boss who would step in to punish me if I took too long. However, after reading your comments here, I see that this is not how you want the game to be played: you want players to take it slow and relaxed, experiment with the sandbox, and take the time to read all your cool item descriptions. Unfortunately the game's intro explicitly discourages this playstyle. IMO the employee handbook ought to be rephrased. Instead of threatening the player if they take too long, it should tell the player that they're free to do whatever they want. (Perhaps the protagonist is the CEO's kid so they don't need to worry about being fired :))

Overall this was a charming and extremely evocative game. I loved the atmosphere and the freaky backstory that was constantly being hinted at. Y'all did a great job and I had an awesome time playing.

A few technical notes, btw:

- It was very annoying to not be able to change the size of the game window. I like to play games in fullscreen, but I had to play this one in about one-ninth screen.
- Just as a heads up, you're not supposed to ship the file that says `DebugInformation_DoNotShip` xD

@iamsodarncool Thank you for telling you thoughts about our game! We actually wanna make some punishment mechanism to follow the rule in handbook. But restricted to the development time, we couldn’t achieve is fully. For compromises, we choose to let players have fun first. If we have opportunity to polish this game, we will active our punishment mechanism. Also, in our game setting, the No. 10 just a normal worker😭

what a great game!! GOD I NEVER HATED THE MONA LISA SO MUCH!! all of the other items were fun to figure out and pack, but the FRIGGIN mona lisa wouldn't turn the way i needed it to HAHA! otherwise, the controls and mechanics were very smooth to learn and figure out. overall, great game and really fun. loved the art style and the variation of different objects!! i know we all wish we had more time to work on our games, but it would've been super cool to see maybe a score keeper, or some kind of end game scenario, and what would've happened if we didn't strictly follow the 10 second rule. otherwise, great job!! :D

Great artstyle, I was surprised by how much unique content there was to pack! And some items had nice unique behavior, like the laser-beam eye and the rope physics-enabled skeleton. Not sure if it was intentional, but many of the items spun like _wild_ when I picked them up. I think that added to the experience. Great job!

Another amazing entry for LD 51. The whole game is pretty polish. Music is great and the graphic is good too.
I hope there's a punishment for player that cannot finish packing on time or break stuffs. It would also be better if you can build a webGL version of it as well. Good job guys!

What an original idea! The texts in the manual were really entertaining, and we liked the pixel graphics! There's a lot of variety in the objects, and it was fun to explore them! :)

Some things we think could be improved:

- The music loop is a bit short.
- There's no clear indicator of progress.
- We got told "too messy", without having a lot of mess, which was confusing.
- The physics felt too glitchy for us, and often, objects rotated realllly fast around the cursor.
