It's hard to tell when and where you can place things. Some sort of highlighting for when you can buy things, what you have selected, and where you can place it would be nice.
I was also seeing some graphic issues where blocks and objects seemed to be popped to the foreground, which is weird with an isometric view. It's a good start.
