Morth Obscurum by XOREAXEAX
Morth Obscurum is a visual experience with little gameplay but a lot of rain.
Unsummon the demon that is lurking in the forest by activating all 5 energy sources.

I hope you brought an umbrella!

Made from scratch!
3D Models, Animations, Shaders, Textures, Sounds, Music: all made from scratch
Tools used:
- Unity
- Blender
- Ableton Live
- Krita
- My Voice (for the wind)
- A plastic bag (for the rain sounds)
Please note that there is no real win condition! Nothing happens if you activate everything. This is very sad but time is short and I am tired.

There is no real gameplay, but that's no too much of an issue for me. Tho instead of trying to add stuff to do, maybe you could have made some sort of introduction (could be a few voice lines over the radio while you search for the thing, or whatever). Could be fast to make but add a lot to the experience imo.
VFX and SFX are beautiful and make my brain blown!
That's ultra amazing and beautiful, liked that!
Also I had to boot the game up again after I read you used a plastic bag for the rain, good job lol, it sounded very convincing.
Nothing much to rate gameplay-wise, unfortunately, though of course I understand why
I was playing the web version, but the mouse sensitivity was so high that I couldn't control the camera properly. :(
Was a great experience to play this.
So sad that game has little gamemplay.
@custodi thats odd! What browser do you use? I tested it on Chrome, Edge and Safari and had no such issues so far. Do you have another input device connected such as a gamepad?
The warping effect around the creature is super neat. That, along with the (presumably) procedural tentacle animation all add up to create such an unsettling feeling.
Even without any real gameplay this is such an immersive experience!
So, massive kudos to you, you've created a wonderful piece of art!
Shame there is no real gameplay.
Apart for the missing win condition, I have a minor critic: trees have a blocking collision, maybe a sliding one may have made moving in the forest more fluid.
But well done :)
