The web version of the game does not seem to load.

This is super cool! Really had a lot of fun with it for sure!

My one issue I had with it is that it's not really explained what all your constructs do? I had to experiment a bit to figure it out, and I couldn't figure out all of them. Had a little bugginess with the upgrade pads too.

Overall, incredibly unique take on the theme, and super satisfying! Nice job, you should be proud! ^^

@cosmo8 thanks for playing! we wanted to make a more clearer tutorial about what the constructs do, but kind of ran out of time at the end sadly

Gameplay was fun and unique, really liked it. There seemed to be a bug with the circle on the ground, where when I completed all the combos I couldn't press space to leave and I kept doing the combos into -1, -2 etc. Other than that was really nice game with cool visuals. Well done!

Super fun and polished game !
I got a bug a few times where a bot pushed me while I was completing combos and I couldn't exit, and when restarting the game it doesn't restart the number of combos you have to do

Loved the art, and especially the lighting and effects from the constructs' attacks. Ran into one bug where I got knocked off the upgrade pad and couldn't un-interact with it. Would also love to have a way to view some more info about what each construct does, but it was fun to just summon them all and see what they did! Great job!

Hey! Great job at the game, really fun! My team also pursued the same idea of Helldivers/DDR command to summon but we ended up with a totally different game, which is amazing to see. The only criticism is that I kept the recipes menu opened the whole time so I could see it, wish it took less of a space. Otherwise, very polished, fun and beautiful game. Congrats!

I'm addicted to this genre, very challenging take though! I love the additional challenge of using both hands to dodge and summon units!

I really enjoyed this game! Quite addictive  The whole experience feels polished and well-made. Controls feel good. There was no sound (music or sfx) - I'm not sure if that's a bug or there's just simply none.

The graphics are nice, clean and consistent, with a pleasant color scheme. What I lacked is some explanation of what different summons do. I guess I learned that by summoning, though. Trying to get rid of the bugs for long enough to do some upgrades was challenging, but not frustrating.

Very good work!

Fun game! I love how you needed lots of time to upgrade, so would need to setup lots of towers to protect you during that time. And the length of the combo was a great way to scale the difficulty!

Interesting game; I liked the summoning mechanics. However, I didn't quite understand what the summoned creatures that don't shoot actually do. They were killed so quickly that I didn't really grasp their purpose. It took me a while to realize that I had to turn the sound on separately, so I played half the game without sound. :) Good work; it turned out to be a great game.

I hope you guys do something further with this concept, it'd be super cool to see this expanded more after the jam! It's waay too much fun of a prototype to stay as just a jam game! Probably my current favorite of the jam! ^^

Super fun game! Really liked the summoning mechanic. Some UI feedback on the health of your constructs would have been nice, but isn't a huge deal breaker. Thanks for the great entry. I really enjoyed this one! :)

@hieu

What an extremely fun game. Great implementation of the concept. So very well done. The particle animations were spot on.

The only thing that I would do differently, and this is maybe, is I would have a panel on the bottom like Diablo with 6 slots for spells. I would have a power ball on one side, and a health ball on the other. I had to keep looking up to see if I could summon a construct.

So, the power ball fills and then each construct on the bar lights up when it is available. You can use the mouse for 2 of the most used constructs.

You did very well.

@beebster-games thanks for playing!, @benjiehotwheels made most of the particles though! The UI suggestion sounds pretty nice, we will consider it when we get back to development after the jam ends.

I really liked this premise, gameplay was fun and engaging. The lack of sfx kinda took me out but the graphics more than made up for it. Great entry!

Team Asian. What an incredible game you've made, and to have scrapped your work half way through is just fucking insane. You're all dripping wet with talent and I want to see so, so much more.
