Yesss! I thought this was a lot of fun. Loved the pig names and seeing what they looked like as they upgrade. As a concept, it was a lot more engaging than most tower defense games to me.

A few of the levels could maybe be balanced a little better, but I had no problem reaching the end (mostly) intact.

Great job to the team! Keep up the good work!

took a bit to understand what was going on, but once I got it, it became fun!

Without a tutorial, you could add more details on how to play the game in the description.

Fun game! I like the idea of a reverse tower defense game. The graphics are super cute and the music and sound effects fit great! Very cute game.

Nice game!

I like that mechanic in a game! maybe you could have just let the pigs come and i would have to adjust the arrows on the fly!

Great job, i enjoyed it a lot!

Love those cute pigs! It's great that you can upgrade your pig army and each upgrade gives them a unique personality. The music is a bit repetitive, but the sound effects are nice. Gameplay-wise it's not that hard, because there usually is a clear path which is best. But overall you did a great job!

Overall, I enjoyed the format and story!
Regarding the theme, the game seams to have a very thin connection to "summoning" -- beyond just "calling" the term summoning should have some feeling of "secrecy" and "duty" I think.

--
level 1:
I read that 1,2,3 keys were supposed to do something but not sure what.

Took me a long time to realize I could click on the arrow to change direction! Might just be me! But maybe.. why not add a sparkle effect or something to draw attention to the arrow as a clickable feature?

--
upgrade screen:
The pig names are fun!
The upgrade rank sound effect is funny!

I don't love the font -- I find it difficult to read... the M's look like H's... Hake Fast? oh.. Make Fast! And the N's kind of look like W's at quick glance.

--
level 2: what's the second pentagram for?
Why is there a pig hiding in the bushes?

+++
level 3: oh! the 1,2,3 keys change the selected pentagram spawn zone thing!

I love the idea. The UI can be a bit confusing but overall I really enjoyed the aesthetic and the polish.

What kinda asshole farmer throws things at pigs anyways.

Why did it take me so long to discover a gem of a game like yours? There must be a glitch in the LD's recommendation algorithm! :D Seriously, I'm a huge fan of pixel art, and the way you've polished the art expression is just too good to resist. On top of that, your gameplay is also highly enjoyable, with a great balance of strategy and randomness. It's hard to imagine how you came up with this idea and managed to develop it to such a mature stage. If I were to attempt it, I'd probably be bald by now from all the hair-pulling.

Nice spin on the tower defense genre, and so damn cute (the pigs, the dogs... snake-ducks are scary as hell :) !)

Really cool idea. It's like a reverse tower defense game. And the costumes on the pigs are great!

Yaay, I managed to reach the pig party! Nice game! Though I would have killed for a tooltip system to display my pigs' stats during a level, also to show me exactly what stat does what. :) Very nice entry, see you next time!

This has been my favourite LD55 game so far! Absolutely adorable pixel piggies! <3

It has been so much fun finding the best solution for each level!

I would have loved more visible information, like what does fat actually do? Maybe a preview before you start a level on how much damage enemies deal etc. but honestly, I'd totally pay for a full version of this game (with some sort of meta progression in a cute little pig village that you can upgrade, new pigs like wild boars, pot-bellied pigs, flying pigs, I don't know, just give me all the cute pixel pigs! XD)

Wonderful job, guys!

Oh gosh I adored this one. Very pleasant game; not too stressful, but requires a fair bit of thought if you want to minimize casualties. All of the piggies are excellent. If there is a way to see what new enemy units do before sending your pigs to the slaughter, I completely missed it, but it would be nice quality-of-life upgrade.
