Tiny Summoner by LDJam user 238639
You are a lone, tiny warlock that can't fight, but you know some friends who can! Collect power crystals to summon monsters to fight for you. Different monsters have different abilities that will help you in battle! See how long you can survive and how many enemies you can defeat!
Use WASD or the arrow keys to move and use the mouse to choose which monster to summon once you have enough crystals. Enemies will begin to deal more damage the longer you survive, so make your choices wisely!
Update 1.1: - Added Vsync option for those who don't want to run the game at 1000+ fps (or listen to coil whine from their graphics card) - Fixed a bug that was preventing crystals and enemies from spawning on the left and right sides of the screen - Made some minor balance adjustments to keep the game from being played indefinitely (it might still be possible on paper, but it should be MUCH more difficult now); The enemies' damage increasing should prevent you from becoming immortal.

Top Job!
Unfortunately, I am running on some pretty old hardware, so I had to switch to opengl3 and the game crashed during my two plays (one at level 25, the other at level 31 judging by what was written in the console). I wanted to keep playing :'(
In all seriousness, great game, congrats!
The only pain point was the sound effects became very repetitive and happened very frequently. I like to randomize the pitch of those sound effects, just up or down by 10% each time it plays, and it seems to fix that.
(please make a web build so i can play your game ❤️)
I'd say the next step would be to work on the audio and visuals, but I think the game being really fun more than compensates for that. Awesome work!
