It was hard to get the butterflies and creatures in one place, and even harder to get 3 stars (come on, 2000 points, is hard...( "._.))

Really great artstyle and fun nostalgic callback to Pokemon Snap. I was able to pull a score in the 1700s, but I'm super impressed with people that got up in the 2000s!

The art style is incredibly cute! When I first browsed the creature log, I thought each creature had three forms. I spent a long time trying to photograph them, only to realize there seemed to be only two forms. Then, by chance, a butterfly landed near one of the creatures—I pressed the camera button and a new entry actually appeared in the log! So the second form is triggered when a butterfly stops by, haha! Overall, such a fun game!! I absolutely love it! ❤️

@0x0961h: Thanks for the comment. Yeah, we aimed for simple, accessible and cozy. And, as @nno1 noticed (glad you found out by yourself!), __observing__ is a big thing for photographers, so it was actually present in the first pillar of our concept. :)

@mrdumpling: Congrats! You are owning those rankings :D Why the night level? We took the "you'll learn about the creatures routines" very lightly, but the spawns are slightly different. Also, the initial idea was to allow further levels only after some stars were gained, but having a "day/night" cycle seemed to fit the concept of photographing better.

And, yeah, 2000+ is a feat. That third star doesn't come easily.

Fun little Pokémon Snap like. It's fun how you're sometimes being overwhelmed by multiple creatures, and need to decide on the spot what will give you the most points. I'm a bit confused on the use of the Adeste Fideles melody, but hey it works. Beautiful art, and a nice little game where you want to keep getting that higher score. Good job!

I love both the peacefulness of the game, and also the challenge of trying to capture just the right photos.

I think the animal sounds are a big differentiator here. They add so much mood and feel!
