About

Descend into the dark.

Pilot a submarine through narrow, pitch black cave systems where only the hum of your engine and distant echoes keep you company. Search for goods hidden in the depths and sell them to upgrade your vessel. Manage your fuel usage, you don't want it to run out in the middle of nowhere. Use powerful cannons to dig through rock and make your own tunnels.

Features

Great game. I had a lot of fun destroying world amd making shorts to the new areas with the cannon. The most insane was radar and then lidar. Also ending despote being sudden is funny

Amazing Artstyle and Graphics, I love the pixel art with the water effects.
Controls take a bit to get used to, maybe replacing a and d with rotate may be easier.
Sound Design fits very well.

The controls felt a bit strange at first, but I ended up liking it. Same goes for the visuals, they really enhance the atmosphere

I really appreciate the technical side of this project. 2D Global Illumination with Holographic Radiance Cascades is truly high-level stuff, especially running on Vulkan! The bloom looks fantastic too — I'm a big fan of well-executed bloom in games. Incredible tech work!

Simple, but fun. The tank controls were a little annoying until you get used to them, but I can't see it working any other way. The destruction was a nice touch, though hard to control. Maybe this was intentional to prevent us from boring a hole straight down like I did though. My only real complaint is that it's really easy to get lost. Being able to place a waypoint marker or something would have gone a long way to fix this, as there are no recognizable landmarks or anything to keep track of where you're at. Good job!

Your game is amazing! I played for quite a while and needed to upgrade the fuel first, because it runs out really fast, especially with the sonar on, haha.

Takes some getting used to, but I think this wound up being one of my favorite entries in the jam so far.

Fun game, love the destroyable walls, the fuel usage rate is brutal though lol
