I'm a bit lost as to how you determine what a match is -- what's with the dice and circles at the top left of the cards?

The card shows where the animal can live and make dating. Each animal species has its own ability and number of dice. The balance needs to be improved, but the system is working!

To be honest i found it a little confusing. A tutorial (or some other kind of in-game guidance) would probably have helped.

It's like there's a lack of training, but maybe I'm stupid.

I added a tutorial at the beginning and adjusted the balance, try playing again if you have time

I did not understand how to determine best matches, but the concept is very original. I see a lot of potential in this idea...

The characters are very cute. I create pairs of animals in certain areas. But I still feel like I'm doing something wrong.

The game looks so cute, but is also confusing. It starts already with being for much zoomed in, so I missed some of the animals at the start already.
It was fun to make pairs, but I didn't really get what would be the good choice. I played several times, but still didn't fully get it. But I did manage to find the end, eventually!

My group also thought about making a card based dating game, but we decided against it, because we thought it was too much work. Good thing somebody thought different :smiley:

Interesting concept, and I liked the visuals. At first, though, I thought being able to go outside the boundaries of the field was a bug. Sometimes the round would also reset when that happened. I was also wondering why there were leftover cards. Only later did I realize that the note about zooming out was there for a reason 🙂

It might work better if the whole game fit on a single screen.

And even with the tutorial, I’m still not sure I correctly understand how matches are determined.
