made by shimiki for Ludum Dare 59 (JAM)

A machine wakes with a purpose. Sent to a dead planet long after the war has ended, he carries a single directive: find life and restore it.

Vast, empty landscapes stretch beyond his scale. Abandoned structures stand as remnants of something lost. Signals fade into silence.

This is a short, meditative experience. There are no enemies. No urgency. Only a path forward.

I also get "The end. Thanks for playing" constantly, but it didn't take much away from the experience. A very nice story with an interesting mechanism between the chapters.

A good visual novel with pleasant art and excellent sound design that creates a strong melancholic vibe. Surprisingly, the lack of gameplay is more than made up for by the short but touching story. The whole game takes only about 3-5 minutes to finish, which feels just right for a jam game.

the art is so beautiful! signal searching was just as challenging as it should be, and the story is both melancholic and giving hope. thank you for this experience!
btw it is fun to find a subbmission that is close to your own in some way :D

The feeling of vast emptiness really makes the mission feel incredibly important. It's a wonderfully meditative experience, capturing that lonely yet hopeful feeling of searching for something long lost. Thank you for sharing this beautiful journey.

A gentle and beautiful story! The controls are simple, and the music adds so much softness to the narrative. πŸŽΆπŸ’–πŸ“–

Wonderful art and story building, would love to see what this lil fella ends up doing and whether or not he finds life on the planet! Can't say enough about the artwork and audio, it just all blended really well. The writing pulled me in to the whole scenario, it was just cool! Well done and thank you for the game c:
