A 2D puzzle game about social cues, in which players must indirectly express their needs by combining environmental clues. Rather than selecting a single correct answer, players “encode” messages by dragging and arranging multiple visual cues, then send them to observe how NPCs interpret them. Each combination leads to varying degrees of understanding or misunderstanding, transforming communication itself into the game’s core mechanic. Through simple yet engaging scenarios, the game explores how signals are constructed, distorted, and interpreted in everyday social interactions.
Hello everyone!! This is my very first Ludum Dare, very exciting about it! IDK why I can't run my game in this LD website, anyone knows what might be the issue?
I love this experience, and willing to hear any feedback!!<3

Got stuck on the second level. I wasn’t quite sure what signal I was supposed to give.

Very often it's the resolution being off.
Agreed with @pres2300 that I couldn't tell how the order mattered and was mostly picking things at random, but it was interesting to go into a new scene and try to contextualise everything.
I love the proposal level, the background actually changed based on my selection. I got it on my second try, so happy :D
I feel the way it currently gives hint is too easy (did other people not notice lol). I would prefer more text hints explaining the reasoning behind things instead of being handed the answer.
It is very good that you have included hints, because some levels took me a bit of trial and error to me, but at least I could see different reactions. But on the other hand, I got the lost girl level right on the first try, so, watch out!
Some images have transparent bits and pieces where it feels like they probably shouldn't, but that's absolutely no biggie, and probably a result on the hand drawn art style.
Loved this one, well done!
Well done, a fun little game!
