The Core Loop

As candidates arrive at your station, you must look beyond the surface. Utilize your high-tech toolkit to bridge the gap between stars:

  • Deep Scan: Analyze glowing biological signatures to uncover hidden traits.

  • X-Ray & Inspection: Peer into their skeletons and rummage through their backpacks for clues about their origins and needs.

  • Interrogation: Engage in dialogue to understand their past, their skills, and where they truly belong.

Master the Signal In this universe, everything is a Signal. Every character emits a distinct frequency—a unique "Signal" that defines who they are. To succeed, you must move beyond generic categorization. You need to truly master the art of reading these Signals to determine which planet will offer them the career and life they deserve.

I really like how you harmoniously combine the theme and gameplay. The visuals are very creative, and the music and sound effects perfectly match the concept, which I truly enjoy. Well done!

Oh my heavens, it's a beautifully drawn and fun game! It reminds me of Papers Please and the GUI [such as clicking on the scan icons and seeing explanation screens pop out] has great juice to it. Writing is amusing and well done. I absolutely love it, well done!!

design is cute, some of the UI outlines seem a bit thin for me, maybe having a united stoke size may help? love the design of the little semi-transparent panel!

I particularly enjoyed the writing in this very good and cute game. Sometimes the text in the UI overlaps, however, and it can be quite hard to read.

This was so nice! Oozing personality from every part of the game. The robot walk being stuttery? The shader on the X-Ray? This is the kinda polish only heard of in legends! Really enjoyed my time with this one!

Papers please type beat with a much brighter visual and tonal personality. The galactic employment agency sees everyone from disgruntled folks looking to start over to former convicted (and possibly escaped) criminals (hopefully) looking for a second chance. I like the space-future everything is chrome interface, with the holographic tablet, the transparency on that is a nice touch. Lotsa personality in here with the character designs and writing, dug it.
