Gameplay:

The goal is to complete all tracks! But watch out—enemies deal damage if you attack without a shield 🛡️ or let them reach the bottom. The game is very good in terms of graphics, polishing and music. However, the theme is very questionably revealed and the gameplay is a bit boring.

First, the game does not reveal the topic in any way. Only health points in the form of a sine wave and a laser in the form of a sine wave. In general, that's it.

Secondly, the player is not able to "save" the shield and HP in any way, that is, if you kill an enemy, damage is inflicted on you. If you don't kill, the greens throw a ball at you, which causes damage. In the end, the game turns into a single-player leveling tree, where more stats mean more money, but the leveling tree doesn't add any new mechanics.

I played for about 15 minutes before getting tired of shooting enemies.

Игра очень хорошая в плане графики, полишинга и музыки. Однако очень сомнительно раскрыта тема и геймплей скучноват.

Первое: Игра не раскрывает тему никак. Только очки здоровья в виде синусоиды и лазер в виде синусоиды. В общем то всё.

Второе: Щит и хп игрок никак не способен "сохранить", то есть если ты убиваешь врага - тебе наносится урон. Если не убиваешь - зеленые кидают в тебя шарик, который наносит урон. В итоге игра превращается в одно - дерево прокачки, где чем больше статы, тем больше денег, никаких новых механик дерево прокачки не добавляет.

Я поиграл минут 15, потом устал стрелять во врагов.

Great sound design and really nice visuals; the progression is fun and engaging (to be honest, I still haven't figured out whether I'm supposed to dodge enemies or attack them with a wave)

I'm surprised that no one else seems to be confused by the main gameplay. I'm supposed to kill the monsters to get money, but killing them makes the song stop? My every run lasted like 10 seconds, I barely get to hear the music. Shouldn't the point be to stop the monsters from getting to the bottom of the screen, I feel like that should be what damages the player. But maybe I have some huge misunderstanding, because everything else in the game was super polished. The graphics and shader effects were great, the skill tree was cool, and the ability to add own songs was a nice bonus. This game has huge potential but I just don't get the gameplay loop. Is it a bug?

After writing this I'm now seeing the gif of you playing the game where there are multiple different enemies so clearly the game has more content. How do I make it there though? Some tutorial in-game would have done a lot I think. Maybe I'm an idiot.

Сначала я думал, что нужно убивать врагов, но я терял здоровье. Потом я думал, что нужно пропускать врагов, но я терял здоровье. Потом я думал, что ничего не понятно, но очень интерено. Работа с графикой, эффектами и звуком - прекрасны. Но я не "увидел" условий победы, и неприятно было слушать "немного" песни и проиграть.

Hey, nice aesthetic. I'm a little confused by the game loop though. It may be a colorblind thing, but it seems like it stops the song early? Is the objective to do something more than line up the line with the falling things? I think I missed something.
**edit:** oh perhaps it is related to skill tree to keep it going? or are the default songs just intended to be short

Overall nice polish and job on the game :)

Меня порадовала песня со словами на русском языке, много раз переигрывала ради нее ахах

У меня была аналогичная проблема, как и у Anatei, сперва с толку сбил портящийся звук музыки при попадании во врагов, из-за этого показалось что их бить не надо, хотя за это дают деньги.
Еще почему-то некоторое время не доходило, как работает дерево, будто бы пустой квадратик был не очень заметный.

В любом случае, мне понравилась задумка, визуал и музыка. Очень круто, что можно загружать свои треки

Really cool fun little game. The main thing I would have liked is a simple tutorial explaining the base mechanics of the game. It's simple enough and easy to figure out, but a quick visual explanation would have been great. Nice work!

Had the same issue as other players where I didn't understand what exactly I should do to pass the levels. I saw the comment about shield, but I don't understand how to activate it? I have skills upgraded, but don't see any button or interface that shield is active.

Despite that the game looks beautiful and the sounds are pleasant!

I played on mobile and when I clicked on a skill in the skill tree, it immediately bought it, when I just wanted to see what the skill does. My other issue was that I didn't see any health indicator. Anyway, cool idea and the graphics and audio are nice.

@dod108 Hey there! 👋 Yes, in the skill tree, nodes are purchased automatically as long as you have enough coins! I'll add a dedicated confirm button for this in the post-jam update.
Btw, the HP bar is located in the top-left corner, right next to the wave indicator!

Попробовал web версию. Это очень прикольно! Песня в Big Iron вообще топ (в других немного generic), я сразу же влюбился в игру :D
Мне кажется сложность очень занижена, уровень заканчивается, когда становится сложнее от количества противников.

Музыка, графика, прокачка +
Сложность хотелось бы чуть побольше.

Здорово, классная игра залипательная. сначала не хватало дерева апгрейдов (незаметное) , когда нашел, уже повеселее пошло. Вид что работа была проделана гигантская, технически все на высшем уровне.
