Very atmospheric game, but the puzzle is really not intuitive. Watched a playthrough. Loved the visuals, but couldn’t even solve the first puzzle myself.

!> It took me a bit to realize the first puzzle is time and timing based and that I had to repeat the signal that is flashed from behind.

The rest of the puzzles were much easier in comparison. I think you put the hardest puzzle at the very beginning.

A very interesting puzzle, but honestly, the fourth riddle was too difficult for me. Great job!

It looks very very good and atmospheric. The Limbo/Inside inspiration is clearly visible. Light patterns on the dark background look gorgeous. And you chose a perfect audio.

Unfortunately, the web version on itch wasn't loading for me, so I watched the full video walkthrough;

Gameplay spoiler:
!>The changes of POV and 2D to 3D are suprising and add interesting depth to the game.

I feel like I would be confused with the puzzles playing it myself, to be honest.

The game as a whole feels like a dark ritual, and that's a compliment :)

Ending spoiler:
!>Love the creepy ending. We were observing this character, now multiple versions of them observe us.

@kanity Thank you for the detailed review!

Please clarify if there were any errors when loading the game. Did you see the Unity icon or just a black screen?
Perhaps it's a browser issue; I only tested it in Chrome.

Also, please hide some spoilers in your message by using "!>" at the beginning of the line. It will look like this:

That was fantastic. Definitely see the Limbo/Inside inspiration, but you took it in a very different direction.

Everything was impressively well thought out and was super engaging the whole time. Art and audio did exactly what they needed to do to build the mood. Really cool concept and very well executed.

Oh, sure! I'll have to note this command for other entries as well. I put one spoiler tag, let me know if you would like something else in my comment hidden under the tag also.

On topic of the web build not working: might be on my side, as I had this with a few games by now, though lots did seem to work just fine. So the game starts loading, but then it just stops and doesn't finish loading no matter how long I wait:

Oh wait, it actually did give an error message. I combined it in SAI so you can see full text:

@kanity Thanks for the details!

!>If you don't mind, could you also put the 2D and 3D section under a spoiler?

Honestly, I don't know how to solve this problem, but maybe one of these will help:

- Hard refresh - Ctrl+Shift+R (clears the page cache)
- Try incognito mode - disable extensions
- Try a different browser - preferably the latest version of Chrome or Firefox
- Disable your antivirus/VPN for the duration of the test
- Try on a different network (mobile data instead of your work Wi-Fi)

Gorgeous style of the game. Well designed color scheme. Parallax backgrounds are good. For sound better choose something, what can loop better - although your ambient music is not annoying. Good puzzles. I would say, that it's one of the best well polished and user friendly sumbissions I saw so far. Good job!

It's atmospheric and adding a foreground with sprites is cool, but unfortunately I couldn't get past the first piece.

The vibe of this game really captured me. I got stuck and even watching the walk through I felt very confused as to what I was doing. I've gotta try again in a bit, because I really want to finish this without help. I really like this game and want to see the ending without having to watch the video. 😀

It was really cool and atmospheric!
The music and visuals really drew me into a melancholic atmosphere.
The puzzles were enjoyable and made me think.

!> I also want to give a special shout-out to the game’s plot twists—they were awesome! And it’s great that the game managed to surprise me more than once!

Great work, keep it up!

Oh wow, this was incredibly clever! Really beautiful, and I felt like I was there. And then there. Which was an INCREDIBLY twist, btw. I do wish there was some kind of feedback that I was doing the last puzzle correctly, but I got it right anyway 🧡

This is one of my LD59 favorites!
