A Note From the Developer

I originally wanted to create a game about going from chaos to cozy, like a nail-wrapping art piece. But I couldn't get the physics to work properly—only managed to get the lines to move by attraction. So I went crazy and flipped it: from cozy to chaos.

Game Introduction

Signal Weaver is a minimalist 2D incremental game. Glowing signals drift through a pure black void, attracted by your mouse gravity, gradually falling into the central spindle.

Controls

Movement

  • Mouse Movement: Attract nearby signals toward the mouse position

Upgrades (Costs Upgrade Points)

| Key | Upgrade | Effect | |-----|---------|--------| | 1 | Attract Radius | Expands the range signals are attracted | | 2 | Attract Strength | Signals turn toward mouse faster | | 3 | Spawn Rate | Generates more signals per second | | 4 | Signal Speed | Signals move faster | | 5 | Unlock Type | Unlocks higher tier signals (different color, higher score) |

Signal Types

| Tier | Color | Points | |------|-------|--------| | 1 | White | 1pt | | 2 | Green | 5pt | | 3 | Blue | 25pt | | 4 | Purple | 100pt | | 5 | Orange | 500pt |

Upgrade Points

The first upgrade costs 1 point, then requirements increase: 1 → 3 → 5 → 10 → 15 → 20 ...

Collect enough signal points to earn upgrade points.

Its a very satisfying and nice mechanic, I think it worth developing further into some kind of incermental game
