It's simple, but quite interesting. There's a pleasant tension in trying to enter everything on time.
The impacts are rather weak. And on the pixel sheet, it's not always clear which is the short and which is the long signal, so you have to guess.
But otherwise, it's fun

A simple mechanic but executed well. I liked the music. Fun game.

I think this would make a fun minigame in a larger game! The first round was mostly me figuring out how to dots and stripes (i thought lmb would do one and space the other) but after that everything went very smoothly. The audio was great.

This was a lot of fun to play, and educational too! :)

Fun little game! Would be cool to see variation between the enemies, and building on the existing mechanics a little. Could be interesting to start making the player enter whole words?

Morse code? Anyway, it ties into the Signal theme quite cleverly. By the way, I really like the hand-drawn diagram you included. Overall, well done!
