SIGNAL - Another Morse Game by AndrewJAdams

[raw]
made by AndrewJAdams for Ludum Dare 59 (COMPO)

Very rudimentary idea of platformer meets morse code signal. Jump to avoid the obstacles, and decipher the signal. All code, audio, etc generated by me within the 48 hours of LD59.

Really creative use of Morse code. Difficult even with the letter keys.

Honestly, when I first saw the topic "Signal," I thought that making a game using JS would be a great idea.

The gameplay is good, but the speed is too fast, and there's a delay that makes it impossible to dodge by pressing the correct keys.

A simple and straightforward game. Well done.

Nice one. But kind of wished it started slower :D .. Good Job!

I like the minimalistic design, colors, but it's very hard for me.

Difficulty is definitely up there, but that is something easily changed if you want it to be easier later. I think the minimalist aesthetic works really well and it was enjoyable.

Cool concept! I like the minimalism. Just needs some difficulty balancing :P

Really good game. Addictive. The main gameplay is clever. I would like a score board on-line. Neat ++

Google Chrome dino/cactus 404 DLC! :see_no_evil:

Good job, excellent take on the theme, difficult, but really interesting to be able to jump on your own with JUMP or by pressing the corresponding letter once you know the next one!

Great runner!
