Interesting idea.
It is cool, that you can go back to the choices, when you get the game over and don't have to restart from the beginning.
Would be great if there would be even more paths to different endings.
Adding some sound effects would also add to the atmosphere.
Congrats for finishing the project. :)

@lllarso Thanks for the feedback. Yeah had been a while since using Twine, so struggled for a bit and had little time. I had some sound and extra art but couldn't figure out how to incorporate.

That was intense and confusing. I wish the clues were more clear so I didn't have to trial n error.
It was short text based nonetheless.

@bigdippers Thank you. Yeah I didn't want to overload it and still lots of different puzzles that can be utilized with simple binary information.

I really enjoyed this text-based labyrinth! The concept is super engaging. I’d love to see even more rooms and some tougher challenges in the future, as the experience left me wanting more. Great job!

@andrian Thank you so much. I am definitely excited to expand and explore more. Simple rules et with true and false info can be utilized in any puzzles.

Desperately needed audio, but for a text adventure game the length was suitable and the few puzzles were decent.

@dk5000p lmfao I realized after commenting I had a friend's discord stream open in the background, still though, fun game :)

@verttixpertti Thanks for playing. Yeah I regret not using the desktop version of Twine, probably would have made adding audio and pictures easier. I had a white noise sound that I didn't get to put in Game.

This was slightly too short, once i got into the groove of understanding it was already over :(
For the game i think you had slightly off difficulty curve the number puzzle is clearly the hardest but its so early. As for tutorial since its a jam game my suggestion is that you would have made player play one super easy puzzle as tutorial anyways and not just ask did you understand. I read it but ofcourse i say "i understand" even though i dont :D. Though it is super easy to brute force anyways since you allow to return, i think its fine here and just expect the player to play properly if they want to have proper experience.
It would be intresting to see this slightly longer and with some audio, like having the static buzz when you lose as a punishment and bring up the athmostphere.

@prunus-padis Thanks for playing. I did create a white noise sound but had been a while since using Twine, so relearning everything and being on a time crunch ended up having me only do text. Thanks for the feedback.

"You chose the right door", heh. Unique entry that requires a lot of attention to complete. The undo option was much appreciated. I wish it was a bit longer, I feel like you set up some nice systems, but just as I was getting comfortable with them, it just ended. But I guess that's what jam games do! Some sound effects or some minimal illustrations could do it wonders.

@ditam Thanks for playing. Yeah had a couple illustrations done but forgot how to link them correctly in Twine and didn't have enough time to keep trying. The picture on the page is for Sign AL. I also drew a tentacle for tgat bad ending. I also made static white noise, but just gives me a good groundwork to expand on.

Neat little text puzzle game. I liked the logic choices and the undo mechanic made experimenting fun instead of frustrating. Feels a bit short and could use audio, but there’s a solid puzzle game hiding in there.

I enjoyed my time here, I have not played many text based adventures and thought it was quite good. The puzzles with only having 2 rules can only be so complex, but I think it worked. Great job.

I liked the storybook vibe, stakes weren't high/no need to restart. i actually enjoyed it with no noise haha maybe playing too many games has been overstimulating so this was a welcome change. i think like others said, it was a bit short and felt like I had just settled in when it finished, looking forward to next time :)
