You're on a hot date, pay attention to them and don't mess it up.

Will you go to heaven? Are are you still hungry? How long has it been? Is your phone buzzing? Why are your ears ringing? Don't break their heart, you both want this to work out.

PAY ATTENTION.

I need to call the waiter to get a drink, ands order some hors d'oeuvres. Look on either side of you with "A" and "D" and wave with left click to signal the waiter over before they walk away. You're gonna need that your blood sugar is dropping and you're getting shaky.

Did you forget to sleep again? What if they're the one?

I really like them, and I think they like me too. Don't mess it up this time. You always mess it up.

Oh god oh no oh no my phone how do I turn it off? Wait whats that notification? Oh no it's work. My bosses are calling me. Why won't my ringer turn off? Why is this on my phone? I need to press "S" to look at my phone to close these apps and turn my ringer off.

Oh no I think my date is getting upset with me?

Did I say something wrong? I need to look back at my date by pressing W.

Pretend like you heard what they just said. Don't mess this up again. I think they really like me. Just nod your head yes by pressing space.

I really hope this works out.

We actually came up with the idea of emotional “signals” during our brainstorming too, so it’s really exciting to see someone explore the same concept and successfully turn it into a game!! The visuals and theme work really well together, and it totally hits my sense of humor...!

This felt like my life until the CS2 case didn't give me a shit gun. 10/10 game reduced to a 9/10 because you made me go spend more money on CS2

Hilarious! I was already 100 % invested after reading your description, before even starting :) I love "manage all the fires at once" kind of games, and this one was so incredibly funny!

The phone was my personal highlight. I would have loved to actually read the popups and inspect the cards - which made the situation so much more immersive :D

Those graphics are top notch! I also love those little mini games on the phone. It took me a bit to realize I had to play minigames instead of just pressing a button to turn off the phone ringing though. All in all, a super solid entry!

the various phone challenges, somehow it felt like some sort of fever dream game from the 90's like planet dob or something, and at the same time it felt very modern in terms of humour.
I enjoyed it a lot ! Congrats !

Alright I felt like I was tripping my ass off the whole time I was playing that what a surreal experience. So much going on, it was tough staying on top of everything but I made it through to the end - that last date was hilarious (but to be fair, so were the other two).

The game has a really unique vibe to it, with an unsettling atmosphere, love it! Very cool sound and graphics. I won the game, however, I didn't feel like I actually did something tangible, maybe I just didn't get the cues.

Very nice take on the theme! Reading the description was already fun and playing did not disappoint :D I had a hard time solving the "draw phone puzzle" (in the web version). Other than that it was very much fun. I think i found the love of my life!

That's a unique interpretation of the theme! I like the weirdness of the whole experience, the different dates are really fun. And you manage to make enough phone mini games to make it engaging the whole time.

I’m not entirely sure what I just played, but I liked it (and that’s slightly unsettling). It was a fun experience, especially the simple mobile style minigames.

I did find the transitions between levels a bit confusing, since I wasn’t sure if I just had to survive for a certain amount of time. Maybe a timer bar could have helped clarify that, although I understand that’s a lot to ask from a jam game.

Even so, it’s impressive that, despite their simplicity, you managed to include multiple minigames and levels. It made the experience feel varied and engaging.

In the end, I had a great time. Congratulations on your work! :open_hands:

What a weird and fun game! I felt I was having a fever dream which made it so different than other games. There is so much going on that I needed to think about. All of the minigames on the phone were really fun.
