Kit Getaway - a reckless, ambitious, but supremely skilled catburglar - invades an old haunted mansion one fateful night in search of the fabled treasures the mansion's former owner is said to have hoarded. The enormous gemstone she claims from its display case is just the tip of the iceberg for her: it turns out that the mansion's supernatural denizens are very real, and very capable of inflicting terrible violence on unwary thieves!

Reduced to a ghostly severed head by the mansion's vicious curse, Kit is forced to team up with her former body - still very much alive, in defiance of reason - to finish the expedition and loot the remaining treasures from the mansion. But these precious things are defended by a bevy of traps both manmade and magical, and the mansion will not give them up easily!

Mouse controls supported.

Left click to send Kit to the targeted tile. Hold RMB and then left click to signal Kit's body to come to her side. (She will always try to move to the last tile Kit visited - pay attention to the preview paths before you click!)

The gemstones you collect will grant you extra chances in the mansion. Each death or capture shatters one of your collected gemstones. Can you make it to the end before you lose all your gemstones and the curse claims Kit completely?

Created in Godot 4.6. 3D assets created and animated in Blender; 2D assets created in Krita. Font used is Tekton Pro Bold.

A NOTE FROM THE CREATOR:

I ran out of time to add all the levels I wanted to the game (along with some proper endings) but what's there is playable front to back. I hope you enjoy the adventures of Kit Getaway!
