@tigerj I always enjoy playing your submissions. Y'all did a great job with the artwork and music. It would have been nice if there was a way to regenerate hearts.

I agree with the comment about being able to heal, was kinda sad when my mole died :( The mole running animation (with the shovel on the back!) is amazing and the music riff is a banger! Nice job! :)

Great Game, music and soundeffects are a nice match to the artstyle of tzhe game, although I agree a way to get health would have been nice and I found it very difficult to kill spiders that are runnig away from you.

Great game overall, pretty nostalgic music too. My only complain is that enemies seem to glitch sometimes when you dig and they fall where you dug, but it's pretty minor. Good job!

Pretty good overall. Great take on the theme. I like the music. Reminds me a bit of Jazz Jackrabbit.

The gameplay is pretty simple but it kept me engaged for quite a while. You've got simple mechanics that are executed well. Solid work!

Good submission! I gave it a few playthroughs, its pretty challenging since there appears to be no way to heal. A few improvements would be to skip the tutorial after you've completed it once. Also the music sometimes overlapped and generally it was balanced poorly, the pickup sounds were tremendously loud compared to the bg music. I liked the animations and the movement felt pretty good too! Oh and the text instructing me how to attack was oriented such that i couldnt actually read it until i ran past the ant. Either way, good game, keep it up!

Pretty good! I'd also have liked a way to heal myself.

Nice game! I liked the fact that it had a tutorial at the beginning....would be good if there is a way to skip it maybe (unless I missed that).

I really lkike this. The music and visuals are great and its different from all the other digging games ive played so far.

I had a pretty funny moment where i had not yet realised that the enemies fall down the holes ive made, so i looked away for a second thinking i was safe. When i looked back two enemies were about to hit me and it was too late for me to react haha :D

Fun game :) I reached a depth of 800km (so roughly 730km deeper than the Earth's crust!) Animations are nice, and the music is fitting. Was great fun to be able to use my gamepad as well ^^

One suggestion I have is to use only two face buttons on the gamepad, digging could be attack combined with down or something instead.

Well done! ^^

I loke the mole design, animations are nice.

The showell range is small and attack speed is too slow, it's a bit annoying. The dig controls works well, I would like dig anywhere to create my own way. The background music is nice. The tutorial in first level is very helpful. You should add effect and animation between level to show scores and congrats player (like spelunky)

Overall, it's a good job.

Great Game! The only thing that bothered me was the loudness of the sound effects, but other then that, good job!

Solid entry, I liked the procedural generation and gradual increase in speed, whether intentional or not I thought it was cool the holes could be dug strategically to trap the spiders.

I think the digging and attacking could be a bit snappier, not sure but I felt the attack and digging was also increasing in speed when I was descending.

Overall, good potential for an addictive game here.

Nice game! I loved the work on the mole sprite (having the shovel on its back, etc).

I would recommend adding more keys to the controls, using S to dig and something like J/K/L to attack (so you can keep one hand for WASD and the other to attack).

Pretty cool! I enjoyed the music, the sounds just a little bit loud, but all in all, great entry!

That is an alarming amount of blood to come out of 1 spider. love it.

Loved the artwork and music. Would have been nice to be able to get health back and also maybe a couple more enemies, but for a game made in 3 days this is very complete.
