But super fun idea, I had a great time playing!
It's very cohesive as a whole, great !
A bit of a critique of the gameplay: Since attacking stops the character, an attack makes you more vulnerable to enemies. The enemies are all slower than the player, and since there are no "roadblocks" to stop a player, the winning strategy is to just run past everything, and only use the attack for the final boss. Maybe a more fluid attack or a blocking move could help?
Спасибо разработчикам за игру, было весело ^_^
Same as @parkuhrmd, by the end I was mostly running from the ennemies
Godly stuff.
The music is a bit aggressive on a complete run and the difficulty is to exponential, but the humour is present! Good job on that game
Gameplay was pretty fun as well
Overall great, well job!
Attacking is a bit slow but I see this a plus, since it conveys better the goofy nature of the character and of the game. It moves exactly like you would image a weird character from a flat medieval painting would move. The problem lies more in understanding what you will hit/collide with. Perhaps a visual indication of the curve that your axe swipes could give you a better idea.
Also loved the effect of being slowed down and having difficulty moving through dense parts of vegetation. It just adds on the overall effect of comic slowness of the game, and that's amazing.
The overall gameplay is good, but the character's attack is reaaaaally slow and rigid, that's too bad... Maybe, it is an intentional game design choice, but that's a bit frustrating. Also, the optimal strategy to finish the game is to just run to the end while avoiding the ennemies, then kill the king by spamming the attack button, which is probably not what you wanted ^^.
ps. Consider the snail death animation to be a bit faster because i couldn't tell if i hit or missed and also the death transition back to start.. other than that great entry!
I mean look at this guy:

You can look at that gigantic rabbit king and tell me it isn't glorious. I also really enjoyed how the intro ties into the game, great job!
My LP

The amount of enemies towards the end is insane, and I haven't been able to beat rabbit king.
Overall, I had my fun with the game, very solid entry, good luck!
I'm just playing other peoples games after the jam and see if I got a harsh score, or were the other games just amazing. Not sure, I fell like I should have gotten a better score. Oh well :/
