Love the aesthetic in this! Reminds me a bit of the cutscenes in Rock of the ages. The combat feels a bit stiff, since the animation is quite long. The hitboxes of the axe and enemies are also a bit unintuitive, and sometimes when it seems like you it the enemy you actually didnt.

Really charming game! Love the artstyle! Combat felt pretty forgiving except in the case of the snails. I felt like I could never get into the right spot to kill them.

But super fun idea, I had a great time playing!

I like the medieval style canvas. Great use of meme-guy.

Man, I'm obsessed with the overall vibe of this game. My favorite part was how the character got beat up as he recieved more damage. It would have been nice to have some directions presented in the beginning of the game, but I managed to figure it out all the same. Nice work!

What a great and consistent art direction, well done! The fabric/canvas texture is a great touch that makes everything look very crisp.

Simple but fun. Love the art direction. The player character could be more fluid but it works with the aesthetics. I'd suggest adding some different obstacles because I found running until the end without attacking to be the best (if most boring) strategy.

The art direction is just superb. Combined with the audio, the medieval vibe really comes through.

A bit of a critique of the gameplay: Since attacking stops the character, an attack makes you more vulnerable to enemies. The enemies are all slower than the player, and since there are no "roadblocks" to stop a player, the winning strategy is to just run past everything, and only use the attack for the final boss. Maybe a more fluid attack or a blocking move could help?

Жуткие эти звери - зайцы и улитки, так и норовят тебя убить отравленным сюрикеном или пронзить копьем. Понимаю главного героя - таких надо убивать в первую очередь!
Спасибо разработчикам за игру, было весело ^_^

I really liked the artstyle, looks like a story book :)) "cheap mic and our lovely voices" <-- that made me laugh!

Same as @parkuhrmd, by the end I was mostly running from the ennemies

LMAO At first I did not understand how to hit a snail, killed a couple of these hares, ran to the King of the Hares, they mobbed me, an then angel flew after me, and the hares, watching the angel dragging me to heaven, sat down on their knees and folded paws in prayer.

Godly stuff.

 That's really funny! I like the medieval art style, that reminds me [Simon de Thuillières](https://twitter.com/thuillieres) arts.
The music is a bit aggressive on a complete run and the difficulty is to exponential, but the humour is present! Good job on that game

Nice artstyle! The attack was a bit hard to use but at some point I realized I could just run over enemies to kill them (unsure if it was a bug or feature :D)

This is HILARIOUS. Such a cool artstyle, and the text oh man.

Attacking is a bit slow but I see this a plus, since it conveys better the goofy nature of the character and of the game. It moves exactly like you would image a weird character from a flat medieval painting would move. The problem lies more in understanding what you will hit/collide with. Perhaps a visual indication of the curve that your axe swipes could give you a better idea.

Also loved the effect of being slowed down and having difficulty moving through dense parts of vegetation. It just adds on the overall effect of comic slowness of the game, and that's amazing.

The art is really good, I love the aestetics !

The overall gameplay is good, but the character's attack is reaaaaally slow and rigid, that's too bad... Maybe, it is an intentional game design choice, but that's a bit frustrating. Also, the optimal strategy to finish the game is to just run to the end while avoiding the ennemies, then kill the king by spamming the attack button, which is probably not what you wanted ^^.

We really loved this! Got to the end and beat the King Hare at the same time as he beat us. Art style is wonderful and lots of fun to play. Top marks!

Loved the art style on this. And the writing? Hilarious. This game was really quite polished, I died and wasn't expecting much but the death animation, and restart prompt were really well done and entertaining. Admittedly I was a little confused about why I'm fighting hares with spears but I can't complain. I did find that there were a lot of enemies, and the attack animation made it unclear to line up the attacks, but still super fun - 4 stars overall! :)

Fantastic game, great art style and music. Really enjoyed playing this one! :) I did notice that you can just run through the enemies to kill them, killed the boss as well :D

This is really cute. I really like the art style and the jokes. I wished the attack was a little faster, or maybe that I could cancel it by moving. Towards the end I tried to just run through instead of fighting the enemies, which turned out to be a bad strategy as I had a screen full of enemies and the boss at the end. Overall this was really enjoyable, great job!

I liked the graphics a lot! Cool music.. great solid entry! Well done :)

ps. Consider the snail death animation to be a bit faster because i couldn't tell if i hit or missed and also the death transition back to start.. other than that great entry!

This has to be one of the best things I have seen this LD. The visual style is hillarious, the premise is fantastic and I just love everything about it.
I mean look at this guy:

You can look at that gigantic rabbit king and tell me it isn't glorious. I also really enjoyed how the intro ties into the game, great job!

The medievel tapestry art style is certainly very original and I love how you have fun with the theme. You can also use denser areas of trees as cover so you don't get surrounded. I think it would be easier to win if the movement was more responsive - sometimes it feels like you can't avoid some damage. But in terms of fun and humour, this is top notch!

Congratulations on the game, it looks like a storybook, very beautiful art, the enemies that shoot are bad to kill and the rabbits are very easy, I thank you for the opportunity to have known your work, a big hug to everyone, and I await your evaluations regarding my game

Artwork is amazing, mood and style of the game are the strongest parts of it. This said, gameplay is kinda clumsy and lacking.
The amount of enemies towards the end is insane, and I haven't been able to beat rabbit king.
Overall, I had my fun with the game, very solid entry, good luck!

The melody could use some work (doesn't go well with the sound effect), but it was rather good looking and fun. Nice transitions btw

I'm just playing other peoples games after the jam and see if I got a harsh score, or were the other games just amazing. Not sure, I fell like I should have gotten a better score. Oh well :/
