I made a game inspired by the ocean. You have to go deeper and deeper in the sea without disturd the animals. You have the help from the oxygens. You can not go deeper too fast or go upper! Always down! Be careful with the oxygen bar. Have fun!! Rate and leave your feedback, please! jogog--.png

I love the graphics, the fish are so cute!! Maybe you could make the fish do more air damage, because I ended up running over a lot of them to get the air tanks lol. I got to 143! Great job!! :)

It's a nice dodging game, but the game could rly benefit from a way to allow the screen to go down faster, or for the player to get deeper sooner.

Cool game! I like the 3D/2D sub art. I would have liked tighter movement controls. Pressing up was too floaty for me.

So believe or not but I reached 300m. I was kind of disappointed when the waters turned light blue again lol. I suppose it's texture scrolling. Anyway the changing water color was a nice incentive to keep going on. I wanted to know what came next. Changing animals mid levels would've been nice, little fish and turtles on the surface, then bigger fish then octopus and so on. Also too many turtles. But no joke I had fun.

I love it! Looks great and plays magnificent! The only thing I did not like was oxygen alert sound, I nearly got a heart attack! Other than that, amazing!

Cool game! one thing you should do though: Add a faster way to go down.

The game was pretty cool, and I like pixel art graphics, but the sub was a little hard to control, and the camera scrolls down a little bit too slow. other than that, great game!

Really cool idea, I noticed an audio "bug", when you press the three keys at the same time the "engine sound" plays three times simultaneously and that makes it play really loud, other than that, nice game! 6.5/10

Really great pixel graphics. I loved the fish. I also thought the sounds effects for getting hit by the fish really brought me into the world.

Nice game. Same theme as mine : fight for air while diving, but very different execution.

Cool little game but IMO you could make a thruster to go deeper for better maneouvring.
Great job

Cool compo game, graphics are good and creatures are cute. Was a bit annoyed by the motor sound with no other sound around though. still great job on this one :)

Super simple and pretty fun little game. It could maybe use a bit more gameplay, and it felt kinda strange, that I lost, because I got to the edge of screen. But overall a pretty good compo game.

Hi, that's a very nice entry! I had fun playing it! Here's a couple ways you could improve you game:
- scaling difficulty
- changing fish types (as mentioned above)
- if you say, you must not disturb fishes, then you should punish the player for doing so. It can either be a game over, or adding a "biome disturbance" bar that increases as the player hits creatures and when it reaches max level, it's game over. Those are examples of course, but I think that losing oxygen if you touch a fish is not punishing enough the player for bad behavior (especially against fishes ><)
- setting a special color scheme for objects that you have to pick up, here it's the oxygen. The oxygen is the same color as the turtles so it doesn't come to your mind immediatly that you can and have to pick it up.

Despite those minor fixes that you can work on (if you find it interesing of course), I think you've worked well on the art, and mood!

Great game you have going here! It seemed to get a bit repetitive as the difficulty didn't really progress, and maybe a bright outline on the oxygen so its more obvious where it is? Nonetheless, great job!

Overall the game is good, I felt it a little slow going down, but apart that it's really good!

Great entry, I thought there might be some submarine entries out there. I had a decent bit of fun trying to master the controls. I like how difficult it was to control where you were, pressing up made you go further than I thought it would at first.
As a suggestion, have the screen get darker as you go "deeper". It really just felt like the sub was trying to stay in the same spot as fish invaded the space where the sub was.
Also adding a bit of health instead of letting the player hit as many fish as they want would be good.

i like the undersea vibe, you nailed the graphics (cute website background image too)! the sound effects were quite loud, a bit surprising when in headphones with relatively high volumes. overall, had good fun dodging the cute sea critters

I found the proposal very cool and fun, the graphics are also very beautiful, but it could have a way down faster, for example, when the player reaches the edge of the screen.

Y really enjoyed your game!
At first I didn't understand that I was going down automatically and I tried to reach the bottom of the window and I died.

That was better the next time and I've had fun.

I really like the aesthetic of your animals. My favourite are the turtles (I love turtles), and the octopuses that are squashing up and down: a simple animation for a really good result.

The flipping animation of the submarine when you change direction is really cool too.

I am not sure there was an increasing difficulty (or maybe it should increase faster) with the spawning of the oxygen bottles.
As other people mentioned, it would have made sense to have the different species appear at different depth, giving the player a better feel of going deeper.

Congrats for this nice entry, and the really clean looking art.
Well done!

Cool concept but the sound effects are a bit harsh and loud, which does not fit the rest of the game's mood as it is otherwise quite relaxing :)

Nice Game, in my opinion it missed a relaxing bakcground music i think that would fit the game really well.
I died when i reached the bottom of the screen bit, I looked again in the tutorial but there I haven't seen anything about that.
But it is a very cool game anyway 👍

Neat game idea, one thing I would change is the flashing when you grab oxygen, I thought I had taken damage at first

Solid mechanics and all the art worked really nicely together. The bubbles in the background were a nice touch to add depth. It took me dieing to realise I couldn't make the screen go faster. Great game, nice job!

Took some getting used to moving with the ebb and flow of the waves.

I like the idea of the game but I had some complications throughout my gameplay: one of them was that I collided two times with something invisible (I know this because of the impact sound), the other one was that I had experienced an audio bug while trying to move the submarine in any direction. Besides that, I see potential in this idea, the game is good, just needs some polishing! Great entry!

Nice game! I think the art it's great. The SFX could have a bit less of volume. It's fun to play.

I'm not sure if this is a bug or intended behaviour, if I go quickly to the bottom, I lost. I think it could be nicer if you just move the camera quickly and make the player face the consequences of moving too fast (hitting enemies that they couldn't see earlier, for example).

A very calming game, other than the loud thruster SFX. I didn't really feel a difficulty increase the further down I got, and so I feel that once you get the hang of the floaty/"under-water" controls, it's fairly simple to never run into an obstacle. It also didn't particularly feel like we were moving downwards, and it just felt like we were floating on screen. The art was cute, and I liked the "cutout"/"paper sprites" effect (2d sprites in a 3d space feel)
