This is our team's first ever game jam! We had a lot of fun and learned a lot! We basically started completely from scratch.
trei - Programmer. trei's wife also created the music.
Pharaohcity - Artist and Dialogue Writer.
Please leave us some constructive feedback, but do be gentle as it is our first game.
Belongings Left Behind is a game about collecting your belongings from your ex's house. We tried to follow the theme both physically and metaphorically - you go deeper into their house to collect your belongings as you go deeper into your memories and emotions from the relationship.

The second level was waaay too hard though - in the least a save point at the toothbrush would be appropriate. After well over a dozen tries a gave up...Sorry
I got to the sweater level and then after failing that 30+ times I decided to give up :D
(I also enjoyed that with each level, there was a unique track to set the mood, I wish I'd been able to do that too)
You made a game in 72h! Hope to see you in LD again :)
Thanks to everyone who gave our game a try so far and for all the feedback! It's really nice reading all of your comments :)

I like the story and the character design. The terrain / background could have some more substance though. Overall it was a little rough around the edges, but not 'bad'. The music was really great! And for a game made in 72 hours, you did a pretty good job.
