This was surprisingly hard! The mechanics felt pretty good, and how they combined together. I didn't expect this gameplay at all!

I can already see the hyper casual clones of this game filling up the app stores now. I mean this in a good way. You folks game is really enjoyable I found it really quick to understand what was going on and as I bumped into new blocks for the first time it only ever took one experience with a new block to figure out how it worked. This is really great design and game feel. The artwork also looks very good. The ball and its lighting effects where very consistent with the blocks so you could tell what blocks you should hit very easily. I also play have flux on my PC to reduce eye strain and found that I had no difficulty distinguishing your colors from one another so good on you folks.

Agreed with theseusinabottle that this game seems like it is just made for the app store. I loved the SFX and music, along with the visuals they made for a really satisfying gamefeel. As i fell down further and further I found myself wishing for more variety in block formations and spacing between blocks. The side arrow block didn't really visually communicate to me that it would make the player bounce up but i learned that as soon as i encountered one. Congratulations on such a fun game!

I had fun, but I wish you'd have implemented a highscore system to keep players (like me) playing it again and again to best their old scores. The gameplay itself was smooth and the audio & visuals were well done!

Very good game ! The graphics are very cool, sounds fit pretty well and the mechanics are great ! The only thing I'd ask for is to make the difficulty and speed grow a bit faster, it feels like it takes a long time before reaching a challenging speed. That really is the only thing I could say, the game is very polished, you rocked it !

Really fun game, would be perfect to play on the phone. The only criticism I got is, that the start feels a bit too slow once you figured the game out a bit. Otherwise great work.

Nice game, well tied together. Feels like it lacks some kinda twist, you get around the mechanics fast - which is both good and bad cause I got tired of it easily.
Music is nice but very repetitive as well, it'd get on my nerves pretty fast.

Other than that, it's a very well polished, nice little game.

I loved how polished this game felt - really nice! The idea was unique, but still implemented very well, which is always an accomplishment to be proud of. The different block mechanics were introduced and paced well, and each one added something new to the game, though I do wish that there was some more variety in the types and formations of blocks. Maybe having multiple layers of them, instead of just one horizontal line? Something like that to add to the strategy, since a lot of the time I wasn't really feeling all that challenged. That didn't stop me playing, mind you - I ended up with a final score of 20200.

The graphics and art were wonderful. Not only did the colours work nicely to make the game feel vibrant, but the sprites themselves looked nice too. All of the subtle effects were a great addition too - the glowing, the particles, all of it added up to make a really visually pleasing game. One thing I would add though is that the player sprite did feel a little static, so animating it a bit more might've been nice. The music was fitting for the game, and it was a great listen too - I really liked it! The sound effects were a great choice as well.

With that all said, it's a really fun casual game, and I had a great time. Excellent work!

Very fun simple game. I would have liked for the character to change expressions a bit, but other then that the gameplay could be understood in seconds and the discovery of new tile types and numbers made it feel refreshing.

Great work
The game seems quite well polished and was good fun to play.
It provides a decent balance of need for concentration while not being frustrating.

I also really like the music and the art, it all fits together quite nicely.

The only thing I can mention is that I was confused by sometimes getting game over right away, when hitting a star block of the right color. I'm not sure if that's a bug, or I just missed something in terms of how they're supposed to work.

Nice game! Doesn't really fit the theme as I see it - you're not going any deeper, just proceeding. The mechanics are pretty simple but nice and somewhat innovative, I liked them. Overall it feels like a good finished game, good job!
