Sid by Stuartc
Take Sid on a journey through the caves, in search of valuable gems that everyone else seems too scared to seek out. Your lantern will help guide your path, just don't stay in the dark too long!

You'll not be able to get very far carrying your rather heavy lantern, so throw it around to guide your way.

If you look around, you may even find some hidden secrets.

Bug fixes: - Audio bug where the music wouldn't fade back in after dying - Weird bug at the end where Sid just slid into the wall

And as @pixelhurricane said, unfortunately, Audio would sometimes break, and that's a shame, considering how good it is
Apart from that, the game looks nice and I really enjoyed the calm music, so kudos to you!
I had a little bug at the end where my guy wouldn't do his jumping animation on reaching the final cave of crystals. Had to return to the previous room and re-enter.
That doesnt surprise me, that ending was put in very last minute  if you werent holding your light it doesnt let you end, because if not you die before you finish jumping
Besides the music stopping, another point of feedback was that I sometimes did not know where I should go next. The exit of a level was difficult to see for me, especially in one level where you had to jump off screen. Maybe it would have been cool if there was a bit of light trickling from the exit?
Another thing is that at first it was not very clear what buttons I should use. I tried pressing all the buttons on the keyboard, and for a second I though the game was bugged and I could not jump. Then I tried the mouse and everything made sense.
Anyway, thanks a lot for this! Playing this was a pleasant surpirse, even if it was a bit short.
Edit: I just read in an earlier comment that you are making another version. If you finish it let me know! I would love to play it ^_^
Thanks a lot for playing and giving feedback
The music was very fitting and set the mood, adding to the spooky feel of being lost and alone in the dark, and not knowing what to expect.
Considering how sudden the deaths can be, it could be nice to restart a little quicker after dying.
Nice entry, well done!
