I ran into the same problem when I made mine, Check your itch.io page for this. It might still be a draft. Game "doesn't exist" I'd love to give it a shot.

Graphics are definitely nice, but from what I see there's nothing more than 2 room layouts and you did only basic mechanics. I think monsters should deal damage to you otherwise you can just body block them and you can also spam LMB to quickly kill them. I think if you have focused a little bit more on gameplay it would be more enjoyable and would feel more like finished game.

I like the artwork a lot! really good job on the sprites and animations! I also really like how fast paced it feels and the idea of the crystals being your health indicator :D

It does feel a little bit empty still though and could probably use either some more items around the rooms or some more gameplay.
A really nice and good entry ! :)

Got to try it out. Looks great. Pretty smooth and well done. would have loved some complexity to the room layouts, after playing 7 or 8 floors with no change in what was happening it got a little repetative. But it's a great slice of a game that should definitely get fleshed out more. Great work

Great art and animations, the movement also feels good! I think it would have been clearer if the enemies would have some sort of attack animation to show that they are attacking the crystal. Good job with the game guys!

Nice, a melee fighter  The Music and lighting gave the whole ambience a nice touch and after a first death the game principle was really easy to understand. Maybe some more sfx might have given the whole thing some more flavor

For the developers: Since when are you learning to program games? I would be really interested because of the fact that you are only 17 years old!

Hey nice entry. I like the pixel art and death animations of the enemies. It was a bit hard to know what I was doing at first lol. I found a funny bug where jumping on the enemies would make them fly towards the camera :D

This is super atmospheric! The lighting and the music, and the subtle drifting particles, all give it a real feeling of sinking into… well, an abyss. The gameplay confused me; on my second runthrough I don’t think an enemy ever got close enough to touch me but I died anyway. Did I miss something about… the number of crystals, or something?

The art, animation, sound, and music are nice. The movement feels fluid and the feedback from hitting enemies feels good. But the gameplay is lacking. Its a very simple game without much going on.

The enemies are too easy to stop. There is no difficulty progression so once you play one room you've played the entire game and there isn't much reason to continue playing. Adding more enemies the further you go down, or different enemy types, or more complex rooms would add to the difficulty and variety.

tried the game out, I must say the game is quite fun. keep the crystal healthy and see how far you an descend, what this game needs however is to introduce more mechanics to the fighting and definitely change the attack sound, probably add a hit sound too. well done

Would love it if the elevator could go down a bit quicker, would give the game a better flow (if I'm not missing something)!
As previously said by others, more types of levels/monsters/attack patterns would be definitely interesting for a post-jam version.
Graphics are really good with fluid and great looking animations, and gameplay is smooth.

Good work!

Short and simple but nice to play! Nice art work, animations and sounds. If you decide to put more enemies and abilities for the player to use the game will become really great! Привет из России кста В)

I think the biggest improvement to this game would be to focus more on feelings of weight and response. The current attacking system doesn't really indicate that the strikes are powerful or doing damage (the enemies don't get knocked back for example), and it's also hard to tell when you get hit. The last two things that I will mention are that the sound that you used for the swing doesn't make a lot of sense for a swing (it sounds more like a hammer to me, and gets fairly repetitive), and also there is nothing stopping me from spamming left-click to kill everything super fast haha. However I will say that I like the direction you are going in visually, and I think if you prioritize animation now it could grow into a very cool game!

Thank you guys! The mood and graphics are really good in my opinion, so well done on that one really!! :) I wish I did something like this at the age of 17!

Improvements:
* Swordsound plays to late and is too click-y. Could rather be a hit feedback sound.
* Died two times for unknown reasons (is the thing in the middle my health? Was I hit?)
* Missing variation as you go deeper, more layouts, enemies etc.

Love the art and mood, and the game fits the theme really well. It will be better if there's some feedback on attacking :D

Really love the art don your game, and the lights go along with it pretty well. The base core gameplay works fine too, and with some improvements the game can be very good, you have a good basis!
To me improvements you can do are :
- Works a bit more on the sound design (swords sounds feels weird and a sound when the crystal got it would be great)
- Add more variety to the ennemies and to the room to make the game loop more enjoyable
- Diminish the time between two rooms which can be a bit long

Overall, you did a really great job, so keep it up and good luck for your next projects :D
