Endless cave platforming action

Totally unfinished, but for once I was able to at least submit something playable to Ludum Dare!

The goal was for it to be a platformer/shooter along the lines of games like Metal Slug or Mega Man, but in it's current state, it's just an endless platformer. Honestly it's not even a cave, title is just the first thing that came to mind, oh well.

I couldn't start until Sunday afternoon, so the bulk of my time was spent on procedural generation for the levels, with a bit of time today to put something together that even resembles a game, but at the very least I have a good starting point.
