Gameplay
Oiligarch is a cheeky Oil Tycoon business simulator (with a twist!), where you need to juggle the oil demands and public relations fiascos of cities in the United States, Mexico, and Cuba. Be sure to keep public sentiment high, or disaster is sure to follow! Oh, and that whole "environmentalism" thing? It's a threat to your shareholders. Don't let it corrupt the minds of the people.
What's the twist? You'll have to play to find out!
Notes
There is a win state. Make sure you lobby for oil rights with all three governments, and satiate the most pressing oil demand once you do.

The only thing that tripped me up was the oil demand not dropping when my trucks were there, so I thought something was broken, but it might just take a longer time to drop or be more independent from individual trucks than I thought
All in all really cool entry!
Soothing music and effects - really nice and polished graphics. Not that difficult to understand - and beautiful aesthetics... Really good job guys

We read you loud and clear about the information dump at the beginning of the game. I personally dislike tutorials that do that, but unfortunately due to time constraints we couldn't implement a way to reveal the mechanics naturally over time, so we felt this was our best choice. Maybe we could have revealed the tutorial prompts 1-by-1, rather than dumping them all at the same time? Would love to hear your thoughts!
Core mechanics left me wanting though
- UI system. It really looks and feels good. Yes!
What I dislike (to be honest):
- Your tutorial is hard, it could be better. It took me 10 minutes to understand the main mechanics of the game!
Overall, the game is great! I'm still playing it right now...
and the tutorial should pause the game, in general the game is really cool and would love to try more when I get some free time
only complaint I have is that it was unclear how I lost, didn't see any warning, or the message didn't refer to anything specific, felt kindoff random. Maybe because one of my rigs was dry? I don't know.
OVerall well done!
Would have been nice if you could easily see how many trucks and tankers you were sending to a city on on its page, I found it a bit difficult to manage.

That was a pretty fun management simulator! The tutorial could have explained stuff better (and maybe not started the game until I had read everything, since I lost a lot of good stats to that tutorial), but once you do the tutorial once it's not like you need to read it again.
After that I really had a lot of fun during my gameplay.
I was a bit irritated and confused in the last part of the game, because i didn't know what to do. I still don't exactly know what I had to do, but at least I won :)
In my Gameplay the Oilrigs and tankers where pretty expensive and I nearly didn't needed or used them. I finished with just two oilrigs and an army of trucks.
In general Well Done, good job
