I'm wayyy too greedy for this kind of game xD My best floor was the 25$ one, after that I explode every time :( I survived a few days but each time... I'm greedy, I want more ! :moneybag: Good entry and funny congrats

I'm playing the game in Chrome. I can't do anything aside "GO" and "LEAVE". I tried just about every keyboard button and mouse click location. Am I missing something?

The game looks nice, however, I don't fully understand the gameplay. Is there a tactic to get deeper without hitting a mine? Or is it just random luck?

Nice job anyway :D

I am gambling addict.... I know it's pure random, and that trying to beat the system is bad. But I keep going down!!

I ran the same strategy for 7 days, 4 level deep, always the same cells. I failed on the **LAST ONE**

nice entry

having no controll over results is too brutal for me. Almost won 1 time, but died from first shaft on the last day. But i got good vibes from getting ~100$ one day tho)

Simple gambling concept that'll surely tap into people's greed. Not necessarily my kind of game, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't feel compelled to play "just once more" in an attempt to bring home the win. My biggest suggestion would be to explain how the game is played (i.e. you pick a cell in each row and press [leave] when you want to stop pressing your luck). It took me a hot minute to figure that out as it looks like your only two interaction options are [go] and [leave]. Additionally, it would be great if there were some sound effects for picking up gold and being blown up.

Good job!

An interesting take on the theme, although a bit barebones. Also seems like winning was impossible, I had $250 in the end and none of the competitors had reached $100, but I still lost =(

Still neat to use the theme for a gambling mechanic ^^

I tried playing but couldn't figure out the controls? I can only click go and leave. Sorry!

A simple game that highlights the dangers of gambling. There's not much really to the game as I would've loved to been able to spend the money I earned to improve my chances of not dying in later rounds.

This is fun once I got the hang of it. It wasn't clear at first that I could leave the mine and keep my earnings to compete with others. Once I figured that out, it was a nice press-your-luck style game. I would also encourage some way to be able to discern percentages or something, it feels really bad to die in the first layer to total chance haha.
Had fun though! Congrats on finishing!

Same thing happened to me @gaminghamster

Then, I tried completing the game without going underground even once. Apparently, this is how you win because I was greeted by a success message  but saying that everyone else had died in poverty :anguished:

Is this a bug? Or is this some kind of social commentary about how you should not try to pursue riches? Either way, good game

Well, as other have commented, this is basically Russian roulette, which I don't find particularly engaging. Maybe with some ways to influence the chances this could be a nice game. For example, use your funds to buy some item that protects you from one "attack".

Also, I once actually ended with more money than everyone else, but the game said I was lost

So, maybe the story is - you wont get rich digging in mines? Always lost while digging, but when I left always (and survived!) I won? Interesting game, a bit of sound would be nice I think. Good job!

Nice concept but a little bit more control would be nice.

Nice game. I made it to day 2 with about $200.
