Deeper Into The Boundless Gloom by AdmiralSpaceKraken

My submission for this game jam is a top down shooter where you play as a warlock who is delving down into the abyss in order to gain power. Between each layer of the abyss you are able to make Pacts which give you power, but some come with dangerous tradeoffs. Also the further down into the abyss you go, the more varied and powerful the hordes of enemies become.

Pretty cool game! I love this kind of minimalist art style :) With a little bit of music, it would have been perfect :D

i had a good time. reminds me of enter the gungeon. i like that i can choose my upgrades pact on each level. only thing i'd say is maybe the level shouldn't end until you've killed everyone? good work :)

You should get better menus I suggest you use something like text mesh pro to make your text look nicer

Except for no sound, the game is excellent. The idea of the warlock who enters the abyss to seek power, fits perfectly with the theme. The ability to decide on one or the other or no option is very good. I loved it! But I think that from what was mentioned at the beginning, it is a 9/10.

This was a fun game! Lovely done. Easy mechanics, nice progression. I like that my dash got blocked by a unit that was in the way. Always nice to see a bullet hell, good score from me!

I enjoyed this! After three rounds, I got offered the same pact on the left and on the right, which might be a bug?

I also felt like it might have been interesting for levels to have walls, and maybe a few specific visible enemy spawn points, so I could strategize.

Very funny little game, the choice of a power reminds me of WoW, the graphics are not bad and the characters rather successful. However, I did not understand what the dash bar is for.
