Classic boss battle and pretty nice graphics. I think the movement feels a little floaty but other than that nice game.

Movement lacks weight. I also ended up dying repeatedly at the start simply because you spawn below screen and I couldn't see myself falling off the edge. Once that was sorted though, it didn't take long to get a feel for things and starting laying down some hurt on that big bad. Good job!

Nice game. I really enjoyed playing it. The art for the alien was pretty good. Good job :)

I like it! Kind of reminds me of fighting the wall of flesh in terraria. I agree with the other comments that the movement mechanics could use a little tuning, but I still had a fun time

A delightful game to play! I really appreciated the nice, smooth artstyle, and the satisfaction of destroying one of the boss heads was great - a lot of ludum dare games don't have the time to polish in such clear feedback, so it's nice to see when your attacks are having effect and meeting their target!

The music was appropriately suspenseful, and fit well - it was a good decision!

I also liked the combination of items dropping directly down from the boss' faces in combination with the straight down lasers - it definitely left me with a few tense moments of trying to decide if I could snatch something up just in the brink of time, which adds some exciting risk to it!

Last but not least, my favourite thing about this game - I don't know what exactly I was playing as, but I absolutely loved it. More games need to feature playing as creatures with unusually placed eyes and proportions. I like to think that I was some kind of advanced dinosaur.

Thanks for the fun game! ☆☆☆☆☆

Really enjoyed this boss fight. I like the 3 head mechanics and that you can't damage it when the eye is closed. Took me a few tries to beat the alien. I always died from falling when trying to dodge the attacks

felt a bit confused about the character, but all in all game is still good for 3 day jam!

I really liked the monster graphics and the music worked well. Fun to play with lots of different things to balance and a good progression of difficulty. Well done. Some punchy six when you destroy each head would work well.

Nice game, but too easy i think. Also could use some more diversity

Very tough game, had a ton of fun getting reps in until I took that monster down! What a fun concept and very well pulled off for the jam!

Unique idea, and pretty fun! The game definitely felt a bit lacking in content (once I knew what the green things did, I beat the game without much effort)

Really fun and satisfying gameplay!! Great Game, feels super polished, artwork is really cool it has its own style. Very well done, loved the idea and would love to see a boss like that on a platformer. Nicely done!

@bamallama The original idea is to make it more chaotic the farther you go but ended up only making one alien.

I liked this idea quite a bit. I think it gets easier as you go, but I think that could be reversed. I liked the gameplay. Good job.

Starting off with a boss battle, then noticing the boss battle is the game was quite an adventure xD
I liked the multitasking of going to lower platforms while shooting.
Also the eyes are a great indicator on which part is vulnerable.

Love the concept of a boss fight game! I personally do not like rapidly clicking mouse buttons, so limiting the fire rate to one consistent speed would be nice. Neat entry overall, though, good job!
