Great atmosphere, very descriptive writing!

That was a nice short story, solid writing and the images really added to the mood! I did not run into any bugs. The "waiting ..." ending felt a little sudden, I was not entirely sure what happened. The "go back" ending was really good; it might add to the suspension if you divided the text into a few shorter parts, but that's mostly a matter of personal preference! I really liked the visuals during the monster chase.
