Other than those two changes this game absolutely nailed it. I liked the variety in the way you could build your character and there's real trade-offs between some of the upgrades. I also really liked the enemy variety but some of them felt a bit unfair like the clouds that (I think) split up into more clouds when you hit them and travelled through walls.
