Controles:

I love the whimsically small pixelart and jumping contrasting with the sad story. And these cities on clouds are inspiring!

I would love to spend some more time in the underbelly of Cloudworld. As the scope of the worldbuilding continued to expand, I just wanted it to go on and on. Very interesting little experience. No real complaints to speak of, I only hope you'll continue to work on it and expand it!

The art was great and the world was interesting, though there were several places I saw docks and was unable to land at them? The music was also REALLY loud. 10/10 - would hang out in a giant dude's mouth again.

your pixel art is super charming and i love the world building and overall atmosphere of your game! however, i noticed a change in tone around the 3rd monolith. i really like how the story is as important as the art, but i think the overall cohesion could be improved by keeping the story elements centered on the troubles and revelations of the land's citizens rather than directly talking to the player. also, i missed the cloud and fell into the void once lol. other than that, though, i'm completly charmed!

Great job

I really like the way the huge squares turn out to be lovely pixel art once the game zooms out for travel, sadly the web player was quite slow on my computer but cool narrative drive, great entry.

I really love the graphics ( i would give you six stars if i could), they are so beautiful. The world is amazingly built, and i like that you jump from one door to the other. The ambience is also very nice and the music makes it really engaging. Also the little cloud boat is very cute. What subtracted from my experience was that the story was quite boring in my opinion and just a bunch of tropes lumped together. And i would have enjoyed a little more challenge for the player - maybe making it more difficult to find the monoliths/to get there, or collecting something on the way, etc. But overall i really liked it.

I like the pixel style and you did a great job in creating the whole clouds and different ruins, trees etc.
The way you walk up stairs and go through doors was not really smooth and hard to follow.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the game. Your art style was really cute and looked great, especially when zoomed out during the flying cloud parts. You do a really good job of capturing an intense atmosphere as the player descends deeper and deeper.

The one thing is that the landing area for the second monolith isn't entirely obvious. You have to touch the tree root at an exact area. Since you fall through the tree if you don't hit that specific part, I thought the tree was part of the background and it took me several go arounds to land properly. Maybe if you created a specific graphical element like a red dot or a dock to make it obvious where you have to land.

Otherwise, it was a very fun game overall and I enjoyed its narrative aspects.

Alright, first things first - the athmosphere created by the world design in combination with the music and the story feels great. So good job on the immersion part. Also, the game has a polished feel, with the change in perspective between controlling the cloud ship and the player character. Except for the somewhat fiddly jumping, i really love your game! Nice game! I encountered a bug in the jam-version that made me falling through the world after missing the cloud boat, might've been fixed in the updated version?

I really liked the visuals in the game, this artstyle is fantastic and worked very well with your game! Nice story and paired with visuals/audio it makes a great interactive game. Great job! :D
