To be honest, I do not know what goal you are pursuing, perhaps this game should be dynamic, aggressive. But I got some relaxation by playing it and impaling other fish on the spike :-)
It has a pleasant visual and sound accompaniment. Not very responsive controls.
There is one critical bug - I got stuck in textures a couple of times. And the most important minus-there is no menu button or at least exit the game.

PS
I didn't fully understand why the second fish that looks like me appears, because it just gets stuck in the texture and I can't interact with it.
PSS
I understand perfectly well that you did not manage to implement all of what was planned, so I will say that I liked the game as a whole. I wish you good luck in finalizing it!
You are a great fellow!
The goal was simply to impale as many fish as possible - to some people it's nerve-wracking, to some - relaxing like you mentioned.
The critical bug is still in the game because we could not find a solution in our team's timeframe of 48 hours. We do have a solution to it now but I'm not sure we're allowed to patch it?
The second "you" appearing is a fun bug that we decided to leave in as a surprise feature (previous jam theme: It's a feature, not a glitch!)
We had more features and plans for the game, alas we ran out of time.
Thanks!
The model seemed a bit stiff as well.
Fun take on the theme though.
I recorded my play experience, hope, it will be helpful:
