i absolutely adore the soundtrack. that kick drum was such a good choice and brings so much mellow upbeat energy to this game. the art is very cute and atmospheric too.

i died at the boss and then i got stuck at the second level because the dog wasn't getting hit :( i found the fixed shooting distance very difficult to aim with.

other than that, i like how everything came together. great job :)

(ps: u should include the humor category in ur ratings!)

Wow, very cool art style, lighting, and challenging gameplay! Maybe it will be more fun to play if the player can shoot at all direction.

I love this art style! Gameplay is pretty simple, but fun. I wish there was more control of aiming. Performance was a bit inconsistent, I had some frame drops.

Nice game :) The only thing missing is the ability to direct the flare shot.

That game was really refreshing ! I loved the "light" gameplay mechanic, that's really clever and it fits the theme completelly. The level design and player feedback was awesome : I didn't read the instructions but instantly understood the concept, because the first monsters are in the light, but then some of them are in the shadows, with red eyes. That was really good game design.

The game have some little cons, like the lack of a health meter or the fact that the gun angle is limited, but overall, that was a good experience. Congrats !

I loved the mechanics and music, they fitted very well to the concept of the game. Movements were fluid, the light effects are really good. Would want to see my health bar though... It made my boss fight a bit difficult but I tried twice and managed to beat the game. Congratulations to the dev team!

Very interesting game mechanics! i like how the enemies like to hide in the dark. makes the player wants to stay in the light. too bad we can't light the room with gunfire. i see there are some random level generation too. it's pretty neat! Great work!

would have been nice if the game told me monsters were invincible in the dark

Amazing art, I just wish I could have seen more of it! Consider implementing an "atmospheric darkness" instead of true blackness so you can still see the art. Also, a targeting reticle showing the arc of your primary shot would really help.

Good game. The light mechanic gives it spice. The blind jumps into monsters were a bit unfair though.
