Arctic Drilling Team Simulator by Flatgub

Manage a team of researchers and engineers on an arctic drilling base! Can you survive long enough to drill all the way down to the anomaly and collect that core sample! (Yes, I did confuse the arctic with the antarctic, Yes, I do know there's nothing to drill through but water in the arctic, its too late to fix it so you'll just have to deal with it, lord knows I am)

Game is played entirely with the mouse, although there's some minor keyboard shortcuts (space = pause, 1/2/3/4 = speed, s = stockpile)!
Its a little on the repetitive side, I ran out of time to add more events so you'll see the same few a lot, but I'm still happy with it regardless. As is always the hope I may come back and do a postjam version, but i also might not, who can say...
Bugfix v1.1: I think I may have fixed the mouse offset issue some people were having?

My only comment is same as @zakolnuki, it's a bit mentally taxing to read the stats. Otherwise this is a ridiculously polished and complete game for 48 hours, I'm sort of blown away.
Also it was very hard to understand how to turn on electricity on room
Impressively solid for an 48-hour entry, good job!
Overall, it still a highly polished and deep game, highly impressive!
Most of time I kept drill, mess hall and entertainment room on, shuffling entire crew at once, so I don't have to bother abound individual states.
It would be good to have visible indication of room's task, always visible stockpile, and sims with same jobs having similar color.
Ah, also portraits of people would add a lot to immersions.
That said though, I really like the art and ui, everything was very clear, and once I'd settled in, things could be done faster. I like how the status of each room and character can be seen visually, it is very organised. I also like how all the indicators have sounds too. Overall it's a really solid game flatgub!
I was especially impressed with the balance of both the simulation elements and the game difficulty given the amount of time you had to get it finished. Good work!
Great Compo entry and a lot of stuff packed in in such short time. Sure, it's probably too hard to figure out what exactly the needs of individuals are, maybe their most pressing ones could be indicated on the mini map. I am honestly not good in micro managing and trying to figure out all the needs, keep the station running and making sure at least food was stocked up was hard. But I liked this anyway.
Keep up the good work!
I will also say that moving people around between rooms was kind of awkward since I'd have the game paused to determine my moves and then the game complains when i try to turn on the power in a room. So what usually happens is I press space, push the room buttons, pause, move people, unpause push more room buttons.
The game is really well designed, i do like the really simple artstyle and the gameplay is pretty nice.
Great game dude!
