Moving the character is a pain. The movement is tied up to the animation and it makes it very difficult to move precisely. However the game looks great, the mechanics are fun and the feeling of deeper and deeper is very present

Great game! The art is really good, combat is fun. Movement on isometric tile is always a bit weird. Maybe add an additionnal frame of animation for the spike 2sec before extending.

Really like cutscenes and all the content available !

Also, the level design with two layers is clever and elegant

It just need more balancing and feedbacks, but well done :)

nicely done! The controls gets confused sometimes and runs in a different direction than pressed, but it's not so common.
Congrats!

The combat system feels great also really enjoyed how you incorporated the level design with the roll, then into the pickaxe weapon! Tons of polish with the little cutscenes as well. Great job!

One thing I did die at one point and got stuck in the ladder and couldn't move, had to quit unfortunately.

Amazing hard to believe it was made in 3 days. Its difficult to be precise with this perspective (and would often fall off the blocks which I guess I would recommend increasing the size of the blocks).

out of all the games this has to be the best game i played in this jam. a few cons that i dont like about the game. first one is the arbitrary move forward when you attack. when i attack a zombie, it moved me forward into the rest of the pack and i got murdered. this got really annoying with the vampires near the final level when there is like 10 of them, you attack once, they warp and your dead. thankfully you have the dodge roll thing that some times i was able to dodge roll back after an attack. the vampires, when you attack one, and there is a group, they mostly teleport and kill you. i used a hit and move kind of play when there was too many vampires around, but mostly had to corpse run to kill the whole pack down to a manageble level. the progression of powerups was nice, the progression of enemy introductions was good. would have liked to have a final boss at that red rune level at the end, but i can understand that this is a jam game and you might not have had time. overall this is a great game to be proud of. nice job.

I had a hard time with the movement system. Seemed like i couldn't face where i wanted to.

The graphics and opening intro were really well done. If controls were a little snappier I think it would be great.

The art is very nice and the mechanics are interesting, but I find it a bit awkward the kind of controls you have chosen in respect of the camera you use. They feel difficult to use to me. Apart from that it's definitely a nice game!

I don't even know how to comment without telling you things that you already know or writing 150 line of review. The game looked very cool at the begining but since I had to play for 30 min to finish it, it quick
ly fell down (deeper and deeper). Please make something simple next time, you won't regret it.
