I really like this kind of general theme. Sound and music could have really helped, but the experience still works. It's like the nihilistic counterpart to a game I once played (can't recall the name) where you fly ever upwards towards something nice and beautiful.
I like that in this game it takes a leap of faith to keep going deeper.

Correction: I had a sound issue on my end, not their fault, the sound was actually good!

When "it hurts" - is that a sign, where you should go? Weird creatures' design, though liked it. If that's a nightmare, why need oxygen? Anyway, our team of two played this game together and I was: waste the oxygen, we can't find anything, so this must be the fear. To get choked at night? No oxygen, then. The end screen is cool drawn, as a reward.

really great hand drawn assets, I liked the atmosphere and not knowing whats coming played into the fear factor. Given the ocean theme, I think having some water sfx would add to the experience :)

The concept was cool, but the game dragged for soo long. I got to 400m on 3rd try but could't bother to try again for another couple of minutes. I mean, the replayability isn't great, as there's really not much to do. Perhaps getting rid of the oxygen mechanic would be a good idea. I would also like to see some more events during the run, even just the girl's thoughts, it would be cool (as well as some more visual(?) indication of going in the right direction). The replay button was bugged, as it didn't reset my oxygen level and I died immediately. Also, I would like to see controls somewhere, because I'm always not sure if there's some action I don't know about. And last thing, I'm guilty of this myself, but the wall of the text at the beginning is a bad idea, possibly some people don't even read it xD

Okay, I said a lot of critical things, but the game is pretty nice and with some more work it could be great ^^ I like the visuals, especially the graphic after suffocating, it's very pretty. The mood was strong. Good job!

Nice art style - a little too confusing to play. Not sure what 'it hurts' was telling me.

Little pockets of air that could be found on the way down would make a big difference. Going back up for air takes too long and without landmarks it is hard to 'learn' from my earlier dives which way to go.
