The animations are very smooth and the graphics are very well made! I lost sense of time while playing it! Very fun game

Nice game !
I really like the graphics, it's actually quite hard to get through the levels though

You had me at shire! Haha no it was a great game, though I think some of the enemies might be a bit overpowered. Also really loved how the level transitions worked!

Well done! I usually don't like these types of games...but I ended up spending a bounch of times on your game. The graphics is nice and the animations is pretty clever.
In the game you didn't wrote that I can cancel the action, just now I saw on this page. It took me a while to understand the control, but after that it became suprisingly fun and I made a 4 floor fully cleared self-record.
However the loots were too random. I had enough food for an entire army, but I couldn't find just 2-3 health potions.
Keep up the good work!

I liked this! Very nice visuals and suitable music which doesn't rush you forward so you can remain in the keep calm and push one move by move way. I did not find any items to replenish my health though on the first run, only a ton of AP ones. Later I did get a small healing pot. Perhaps there should be some pre-seeded rewards to make sure RNG doesn't completely screw you up when it comes to health/energy management. But well, I am not a rogue like expert so maybe that is part of it.
It would be good to have more items directly accessible via numeric keys to avoid constant inventory and equipment management just. And even though I liked how moves could be queued up a bit, I think it might be better to have the character move first and then respond to next move request, just to give it more turn based feeling.
Keep up good work :)

This feels nicer than it has any right to, especially for a traditional roguelike, I felt that it became quite repetitive the deeper your descend but it's already a lot for a jam game (and I die all the same). Great entry!

Wow, the visuals are great! Good job! Had some good time with the game, here's some points:
- the knives are over-freakin'-powered. Each throw deals 15 damage and most enemies have 15-30 HP. And picking items up is a free action. That means I can two-shot any enemy at point blank without getting attacked. Neat! No other weapon even comes close to that. The only downside is that you have to constantly equip the buggers :D
- enemies have three attack patterns: direct, cleave and straight through. Not much variety there :( I thought slimes and golems would provide more challenge, but they surprisingly died to a single knife throw
- enemies are also courteous enough to let me perform multiple actions before even targeting me
- it seems that in 9 floors out of 10 the exit spawned in the room next to the starting one, and since the chests are a waste of AP, moving down is easier than it should be

Overall it was pretty fun. I reached floor 23 and then the game bugged out and stopped receiving inputs :(

hi there .- The games look really cool but it's impossible for me to play it since I cannot select where to do my action. I think there is some discrepency between the cursour and my mouse position, I can see them not aligining. It may be a resolution issue... if you solve this I would be happy to retry :)

@lelek-hunor-kadosa @cvetk0 @patomkin @rongefilet I'm trying to balance the loots.
I improved the quality of life too.

I love this game. I would come back and play it again. Level 3 got really hard (my own fault) because I got cornered by two enemies. This feels really professional- something I would pay $5 for on Steam or Xbox. Great job for a game jam!

Really fun game! I loved the juicy animations and fx. At first I thought the game was easy but once more than one enemy combines, you have to think which tile is safe or which tile is not. I think game is kinda lacking in content but it has really good potential. Simple but really good mechanics. You can build a lot on that!

Nice game! Music was good and graphics were smooth. Gameplay was good too, but I think there could have been some balancing. Knife throwing is OP. Also, I couldn't figure out how to use the bow? When I selected the "fire" command my character would sort of just awkwardly punch the air. Maybe I'm just stupid.

@baconinvader my fault, I'm still trying to balance everything.
In the bow case, you need to equip the arrow too.
Thx a lot to play and your feedback!

I had managed to clear most of the game just looting chests I passed by and using two throwing knives at any given time. I could one or two hit any enemy, but by the time Ghouls were introduced my knives started to disappear after use, and everything was too close range to use the bow and arrow really well. I think with some better enemy ai and more variety to room and floor generation, this could be a really great game! Destroying pots and tours could maybe act as sound cues that alert enemies and you could use them to distract them and sneak around! I should also say that the level of graphical polish and appeal to all of the animations and UI is some of the best I've seen this jam!

This game seems so fun! Unfortunately I can't play it: my screen resolution is too small (1366x768), so I can't see the whole screen and I think it is affecting my clicks because nothing happens when I click on the door =(

@eduardo-yukio I'm sorry, man. My fault. Tutorial is missing.
You have to activate an action. Without equipped weapons you can punch by pressing key 1. When equipping other weapons, other actions will appear.
Thank you to play and your comment!

Very beautiful, interesting mechanics. But I think that if the game had a tutorial it would be very good.
