cover

The year is 2XXX and you have been sent out to the recently discovered alien water planet Enki Prime in the Nammu sector. When it was discovered a few years ago many researchers lost their lives in the deep ocean trenches of Enki and recently a newly discovered parasite, named the Tiamat Parasite, has been spotted in the southern hemisphere. The parasite grows on the local marine wildlife’s prefrontal cortex making them hostile and chaotic to anything nearby in an effort to spread the parasite. This in turn makes them easily identifiable as the parasite grows as a bulbous red tumour around the infected species.

Your mission is to survey the vast alien ocean, capture different marine alien species to hopefully find traces of the Tiamat parasite in its infant stages. Any wildlife to far gone is not to be captured, destroy them instead to protect yourself.

Good entry. The shooting controls felt a bit weird: shooting without moving cause the bullet to stay in place and and shooting while moving cause the bullet to "backward" for some time before going forward.

Is there a global objective other than collecting green&blue fishes ?
Going deeper in the sea and discovering new fish species was cool but I didn't felt any incentive to do so because all the fishes that gives me score are at the top of the sea.

Nice small and solid game. Just for my taste the "bullets" could be a bit faster.
PS: Small tip for your next game: Extend the outside world texture so far that you can not see the background when moving right next to the wall. (Or, of course, an a bit more sophisticated approach would be to lock the camera in a border so that it can not move over the edge.)

Good funny game, quite a big fish / monster variation. I also liked the animations. The only thing missing is the menu and the specific ending.
