Dive! Dive! by John Harper
Try to pilot your sub to the lowest depth you can! Arrow keys to apply engines.

This is my first time participating in Ludum Dare and I really enjoyed the challenge. The main thing I learned? -- I still have a lot to learn.
Font is from Google fonts -- Zen Dots https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Zen+Dots?preview.text=Dive!Dive!&preview.text_type=custom#license
Graphics were created in Blender and Acorn. Game engine is Unity.
Sounds were generated via BFXR and are very minimal.

I'm hoping to do more with sounds in the future.
Thanks for taking a look. I hope you enjoy!

I think you should add dead people in the water if player losу.
I like the look of the submarine too.
Congrats on the submission!
I felt that there were sometimes too many mines making it impossible to avoid them and that there hitbox was a bit generous, but overall you really did well, that's a good entry :)
I feel like it was a bit hard "feeling" your speed down, maybe the sides should descend a bit quicker with the player?
All in all it was a really good and fun game! :)
I like the 3D art style, perhaps some particle effect could make it event better
Good job!
The one thing I'd say could be improved is probably the background. The water looks a bit sky-like, so a darker shade could be better. Also maybe some "scenery" (algae on the rocks, ...) to make the downward motion more obvious?
