Fall In Line by GettingRekt
Fall in line!
Help your party by placing them in the best possibly position on an elevator going...somewhere. This is my attempt on a autobattler.
I had to cut some features to make this in time. All characters was supposed to have an signature ability fueled by kills. Also I didn't have time to add different enemies e.t.c. Anyways, hope you enjoy it!

Once I understood what was going on (and reading the instructions), I grew to like it. I think that the UI and clarity of what's happening could be improved. For example, the buttons for swapping positions of characters aren't obviously buttons since they look baked in to the world. When the passives are engaged in a timely fashion, the player feels good. A nice extension of this would be to let players select their loadouts (changing abilities/passives).

I had a hard time understanding it, really good music and graphics though!

Honestly, I didn't understand what was going on, but I was clicking buttons and killing enemies AND THE MUSIC WAS A BOP!

Very impressed by all the mechanics you have made in just 48 hours :) I like the gameplay and the sounds. My only advice is that it could easily have been slow paced a little while longer. Solid entry, good job.

I'm going to be fair and not rate it, as I had no clue what was going on. Switching characters did not seem to make a difference - the mage and rogue do ranged attacks no matter where they stand and all characters are attacked no matter where they stand. Also switching characters is unnecessarily complicated with the arrows. Why not have a single button that rotates them (including rotating animation - currentlty only the positions are exchanged immediately which is not very clear).

The game has potential, it's not quite there yet. I felt like I was clicking the switch position buttons to try out different layouts, but was unsure what was happening. I kept thinking the Warrior was waving a white flag when he was using his axe. Adding different abilities and maybe highlighting what is happening on the character's ability list at the bottom of the screen to give a better idea of what is happening. Thanks for the game!

I can see what the vision was and I like where it was going. However, the scope is pretty big for a gamejam and the lack of polish puts a bit of a damper on the underlying mechanics. What you were able to put in to it shows a lot of good work! The character visuals were cute and the mechanic is great. Awesome work pulling this together!
